This two tower development is the first of its kind in Hawaii with one tower being a world renowned Renaissance Marriott Hotel and the other tower the Sky Ala Moana Residences. This high floor unit features Silestone quartz countertops, Bosch appliances, full size wash/dryer, split AC in each room, floor to ceiling glass in all rooms, a 96 square foot open air lanai which allows breathtaking views of the city, ocean, mountains and sunsets, two side by side gated parking stalls plus storage and last but not least, fully furnished with a tasteful interior.
The 8th floor amenity deck is one of the largest in Honolulu at approximately 1.24 acres. This oasis in the sky consists of two salt water heated pools-a 25 meter lap pool and one of Honolulu’s largest residential pools. Full service Renaissance Marriott pool bar providing food and drinks. In addition, full spa, indoor and outdoor gym, four hot tubs, BBQ cabanas, kids indoor and outdoor play areas and party rooms. On the ground floor you’ll have La Mil coffee shop with breakfast options, and one of Honolulu’s hottest new restaurants, MARA.

Great location

This condo was perfect, had such an amazing view from every room, was clean, great amenities in the building too. Very secure building and parking was easy. Also located in a good location, walking distance to the mall, Walmart, etc. We loved our stay!!

We loved our stay in Oahu, and this condo made it even better. It was clean, well-equipped, and very convenient—close to Walmart, Target, Foodland, and outdoor malls, with parking included. Waikīkī and the beach were nearby, and we enjoyed the great view, pool, gym, and hot tub.

Family vacation

The apartment was centrally located with great amenities nearby. The apartment itself was well equipped, and felt like a home away from home. Way better than staying in a hotel for 10 days!

Hidden Gem!

This space was amazing! It was well stocked with all we needed for a great vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, spices, cutlery, and towels. The living space had a great view and was spacious. I love the beds! Great for sleeping. Any communication I had with the manager was quick and helpful. Aloha!
