The home was a great size for my family. Great area and yard. The home was very well centralized. We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely choose that home again. Host communication was very quick.

Had a wonderful time at the property-excellent for a family vacation! Very spacious and the outdoor living area was great! One suggestion would be to have a couple of fans available because even with windows open a couple of the rooms were a little warm at night. We would definitely stay again!

The BEST place ever to stay! Everyone had a great time and had plenty of room to spread out and still enjoy being together. The house is absolutely beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. The size of the house is just extraordinary and we couldn’t believe how much space we had. Love the hot tub and the fireplace. Will definitely come back!

We never used the hot tub. We always enjoy the house. Everything was great, someone needs to check the tub plug in the master as it was not working. Good job on all the updates in there and the in-law quarters. You need to water the yard but we figured you stopped it while guest were there. Look forward to booking again soon. Perfect spot for our family vacation

We had such a great time staying over Presidents Day weekend. The house was perfect for our family of 8 plus 4 small dogs! The yard was fully fenced and has a huge fun play area for the dogs to run around and explore. There were plenty of beds for our 4 adults, and 4 kids ages 6-14. We will definitely we back in the summer to enjoy the patio and scenery! Excellent views all throughout the hosue.

Check-in instructions were timely and detailed. The code for the front door did not work, but someone answered immediately when I called and was able to help me over the phone. The house is ok, a little outdated and run down. The yard is amazing!!! We had deer and elk in the backyard. Appliances could be updated. location to activities was perfect! 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, 1 bedroom has the bathroom immediately across the hall. The 5th bedroom is a bit of a stretch, it is more like a wide hallway with a day bed and high chair. It might work for kids, but does not offer a lot of privacy for adults. Over all, we had a great time and the yard more than made up for the quirks of the house.

1 ) master toilet was clogged day 12) floors and dishes and bathrooms were filthy 3) air conditioning went out and we couldn’t even open the windows because screens were either damaged or non existent 4) hot water heater providing hot water to 3/4 of the house went out 5) round table in the kitchen the top was not attached to base and almost fell on my granddaughter 6) the maintenance man did his best to help us even though his groceries were spoiling in his vehicle 7) the office contact , when the issues were brought up told us a family of 10 to vacate the property and she would refund what ever days were left on the rental. It was July 4 week. Hotel’s and rentals were full. We did get 25% of our money back but for all the hardship we feel that is should have been more. We felt like we were being held hostage and had to accept what they offered to try and get som of our hard earned money back. This issue at the house where under stood things happen we get it. We would sta at this house again only if Humming Bird Cabins wasn’t the property manager. The owner should really look into them.
