Second Bedroom: The second bedroom is a cozy haven designed for your comfort and convenience featuring a queen size bed.

Third Bedroom: Relax and unwind in the third bedroom featuring a queen size bed for your comfort.

Fourth Bedroom: Welcome to the fourth bedroom! Ideal for children, this area features a fun teepee, various games, and activities for endless entertainment. Equipped with two twin beds and a queen-sized sofa bed, it`s designed to comfortably fit the entire family.

Outdoor Space: Experience the great outdoors on either of the two decks. Decks are accessible from both the 1st and 2nd floors. The deck on the 2nd floor, which is the main level, adjoins the great room and master bedroom, featuring four Adirondack chairs and a natural gas line fire pit. Meanwhile, the deck on the 1st floor, or basement level, is furnished with two sun loungers and four standard chairs.

Parking Instructions:
Parking on driveway or in garage. Garage door genie not provided. Guests will need to open/close garage from the inside if desired to use. Up to (5) cars allowed total.

Pet Policy: Please note, no pets are allowed and any guest who brings pets will be subject to eviction.

Our home is not suitable for pets. Guests will charged an additional $500 cleaning fee and fined $1000 for unauthorized pets.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the quiet time after 10 PM.
