Yes, the host was very welcoming and communicated very well—especially during check-in—since the Wi-Fi and power went out, which happens often in STX.

Everything was wonderful. The view was amazing. The sound of the waves crashing is what people pay for to help them sleep at night. Communication was quick, fast and easy. I would highly recommend this unit.

They host was very welcoming. Communication was timely and informative. The condo was beatiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The personnel touches of a coffee bar and well equipped kitchen were an added bonus! I recommend this property and will stay here again if it's avaliable when we are on island.

What an absolutely beautiful view and great location on the Island. Communication was amazing. Hosts informed us of the exterior upgrades which were not an issue. This place is so well thought out and conveniently stocked. We appreciated having the beach, chairs and ice chest. Everything was clean and in good shape. We wanted to explore the Island and found this location to be right in the middle of everything. I hope to stay here again someday.
