I could have hosted a small dinner party with the amount of beautiful kitchen supplies and dish ware. We slept 6 comfortably no problem. The upper master bathroom was “the hit” spot for showers. It’s absolutely beautiful and room is large. We are well traveled and the view was unparalleled. If doing pets I’d recommend a spring doorway style gate and prepare to have a potty plan. There is no flat grass anywhere. We ended up doing puppy pee pads in parking lot because mine was picky. Drive up the mountain is nicely paved and maintained. It is about 15 stressful minutes up or down for us flatlanders. Switchbacks and blind turns. Which is expected for views like those. Parking lot is enormous. Love there is a small area set up with seating and fire bowl at edge of lot ready for the fun to start. Easy drives to downtown Waynesville and Maggie Valley. Close enough to grocery stores, fast food and local shopping spots. It easily checked all our boxes. Highly recommend

Nice 2 story house. Great views. All the rooms were big. Everything was updated. Fun drive up the mountain. Would love to stay here again.

Comfortable cabin with wonderful views

Cabin was a great base for our explorations around the area. Waynesville way better than Asheville by the way. A bit of a climb to get there but the view makes it worthwhile. Cabin is well stocked.

Everyone really enjoyed this property .The view is outstanding, the beds are comfortable. This is a very nice property with a beautiful view from the back deck. The local town is nice and all the as well. We definitely would stay here again! We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful cabin, I recommend it 100%

The cabin is very nice, very clean and super equipped. We traveled to spend Christmas there and it was super wonderful, my family really enjoyed it and we plan to return. Thank you Korie for all your attention and your prompt communication.

Love this property!

This is our third year to stay in this villa. The view is outstanding, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. We also like the fact that we can bring our dog. The restaurants in Waynesville are wonderful; The Sweet Onion is our favorite. We plan to come back next year. We highly recommend this property.

Awesome property enough room for 5 adults and one child. Pet friendly a big plus!

Beautiful view, plenty of space well stocked and maintained property. Access road lots of hair pin turns but well maintained. Really worth the view. Very convenient to Asheville and the Airport. Need I say pet friendly is a plus. Trails all over for hiking. Would highly recommend this property.

Great rental amazing views

My wife and I just spent week in the WNC maountains and used this renatal as a base for our day trips. It is a very comfortable rental, one of the best stocked renatals we have ever stayed at. Only minuets from Waynesville and easy access to the main roads into the mountains. Pictures do not do the views justice, and having a nice warm fire on the cold evenings was nice. Will return.

Can't Get Enough of the View

We have stayed at this property for the past 5 years and we love everything about it! The view is outstanding and you don't have to go far up the mountain to enjoy it. It is close to Waynesville and Maggie Valley, and our favorite restaurant is The Sweet Onion. The condo kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. The owner is very responsive to any questions. We highly recommend this property😁

Million $ view! Sweetest neighbor Janine! The drive with hair pin curves was not that bad but I winter time maybe different! Lots of places to go! We loved it!

STUNNING VIEWS

Everything we needed for our stay was there. The villa was stocked with towels, linens, spices, utensils, flashlights among many other conveniences. The views were breathtaking and my family and I really enjoyed sunset dinners and sunrise coffee on the deck. You likely won’t find a better view. It is just a short ride down the mountain into Waynesville and not far from Asheville, Cherokee and Maggie Valley. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect North Carolina Getaway! The deck and view of the Smoky Mountains....awesome!

Everyone really enjoyed this property and hated to leave! We spent most of our time on the wonderful deck staring and taking videos of the scenery. The owner of the property was so kind and helpful, my first time renting through VRBO but will do it again. The house was lovely and no problems. The only thing we we weren't crazy about was having to load up the garbage and take into town to dump.

Great spot

The view was great. House was cute. The local town is nice as well. Would avoid long wheelbase trucks unless your handy with it. There are tight curves getting up to the house. Wasn’t trouble for us just something to note.

This was a beautiful home situated atop a mountain. The drive to the home is fun but not for the faint hearted.Lol. There were some minor issues..ie areas to walk the dog..but the home and the view outweighed the few minor issues.Loved it!

Sept vacation in Waynesville NC

It was a one night stay & caused much fatigue & breathing problems with the air inside the cabin. We had trouble breathing & the smell was of old mold & dirt present - cleanliness was not present

Great location for a cozy winter vacation

We had a great winter getaway at this property. The views were amazing, seeing the snow fall over the valley below, or having low clouds and only being able to see the mountain tops in the distance. The villa had everything we needed to make our meals. We each had a nice area to work during the day and the internet handled our video calls just fine. Our dogs loved the walks along the mountain roads and little romps in the snow. Every question and concern I had for Korky was answered quickly and completely. We hope to come back in the future!

Perfect

From beginning to end, we really enjoyed this experience. The view is everything they say and more. My husband and I wanted to spend some time in a new setting combining work and play. We found it easy to do both. WiFi got a bit sketchy a few times with us both on, but honestly better than I expected in the mountains over all. Property was clean, well supplied and convenient. Highly recommend. Will consider returning!

Very comfortable villa home on Ratcliff Mtn with mesmerizing views

We have been coming to the Waynesville are every year in the fall for the past 9 years. Our stay in this home is ranked right up there with one of the best, if not the best. The views from the deck are fantastic. The home is well equipped, clean, and very comfortable. We didn't use the WBFP, but there was plenty of cut firewood available and if it had been a little cooler in the evenings when we were there we would have fired it up. The kitchen was well stocked, and beds very comfortable. We would certainly like to come back for another stay in this house. The Clarks Dayton, OH

Our N. Carolina Vay Cay

The unit was excellent almost everything Was provided. Exception was a blender so I could have my morning smoothie. I would also suggest the owner should make a picket balcony fence like the other units as we worried about our small dogs. Otherwise everything was terrific and we enjoyed our stay! 👍
