The space
The outdoor pool and jacuzzi as well as the private parking spot are always appreciated by our guests.

This stylish apartment is approximately 98 m2 plus two balconies and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.


All rooms of the apartment have Air Conditioning and heating and free high-speed WiFi.

In addition, there is a flat-screen smartTV with international channels and a safety box.

The cozy living room comprises a double sofa bed, LCD TV, and a dining area with a table and chairs. From here there is access to the well-equipped modern kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, oven, toaster, and cooking utensils. Guests are welcomed with a few free drinks for refreshment.

Behind the screen, you will find two bedroom areas with a king-size bed and a very large closet. Last but not least, there are 2 spacious bathrooms with huge showers and one extra toilet.

On the top floor of the building, there is an additional spacious terrace with a sea view and barbecue which can be used by all the guests at the property.

The towels, beach towels, sheets, toiletries, and a hairdryer are included.
In addition, each apartment has a balcony or terrace with a table and chairs.

The good location will allow you to easily walk to Porto Montenegro which is 200 m distance from us or the beach which is 100 m distance.
Guest access
They access the pool and jacuzzi 24/7 even during colder weather because we heat the pool all year long. On the top of the house, there is a huge terrace with a magnificent view of the city and the sea. We have a set of sunbeds and tables and chairs, so our guests can spend their time enjoying the surrounding. Also, there is a BBQ grill there in case you prefer making a nice grill outside.
Additionally, all guests can access a room with a washing and drying machine whenever they want.
Other things to note
The owner of the apartment has a restaurant in downtown Tivat, it's called KLM. All our guests get a 10% discount there.
