For security, there is a ring camera on the exterior of the front door inside this Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.

ONSTRUCTION NOTICE
This home is in a growing neighborhood, with new homes being built, so you may hear or experience construction sounds from these neighboring properties during weekdays, until 6 PM. Some construction may also obstruct the views from the home. Wander Concierge is happy to answer any questions or concerns.

SAFETY NOTICE
Burn Ban Awareness
Due to ongoing dry weather, several local towns may implement a burn ban. Check conditions in the area before your trip, and please remain FIRE AWARE, as gusty winds and extremely dry conditions can pose a heightened risk. We recommend refraining from any outdoor burning during dry periods until conditions improve with anticipated rain.

Lake Access
The nearby lake is for viewing and recreation only — swimming is not permitted.

PET FRIENDLY
Most Wander homes are pet-friendly, and we’re happy to welcome your furry companions during your stay. We allow a maximum of two dogs per reservation for this property, with a flat pet fee of $350 total, regardless of whether you bring one or two dogs. No cats are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for those with sensitivities.
