As you step inside, a convenient utility closet is on your left for stashing beach gear or suitcases. Straight ahead, the inviting living room welcomes you with a full-size pull-out sofa, seating for five, a 55” Samsung Smart TV, and a cozy layout that’s perfect for movie nights or lazy afternoons after the beach. The kitchen counter includes two bar stools for quick bites or casual chats over coffee.

To the right, you’ll find a bright full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, sink, and toilet. Nearby, the guest bedroom offers two full beds, a ceiling fan, a spacious closet, and plenty of room to spread out—ideal for kids, friends, or extra guests.

Step out onto the private balcony from the living room and enjoy ocean views and salty breezes from the two Adirondack chairs—your perfect morning coffee or sunset wine spot. To the left of the living room, the dining area comfortably seats four, and the fully stocked kitchen features everything you need to cook or reheat your favorite meals, including a dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. A tucked-away laundry closet includes a washer/dryer combo for added convenience.

The serene master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser, ceiling fan, 32” TCL Smart TV, a spacious closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Our end unit offers added privacy, making it the perfect peaceful retreat.

Enjoy the refreshing onsite pool, open daily through Labor Day weekend—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun!

Full access of the house except for Owners closet.

There is a bin on deck has lawn chairs, buggy and umbrella, you are free to use, but please return for next guests.

We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.

There are two parking passes, that must be put on your vehicle. There is a sharpie there to label them with your information. $100.00 fine if parking pass is not there for next guest. (NOTE: ONE PARKING SPOT per unit in summer season.)

- No Clothing Linens Or Towels Hung From Balconies
- No Commercial Vehicles, Campers, Trailers, Motorcycles/Mopeds, Watercraft, RV's. Or Skateboards
- No Trespassing
- No Smoking (If there are signs of smoking on the property, $100.00 fine will be assessed.)

All Vehicles Must Be Property Licensed And Display the Required Parking Pass

Violators Will Be Towed And/Or Prosecuted
