This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom plus loft sleeps 6 guests. Game room with 4 arcade games, pool table, 2 TV's with tons of games.

Cabin At The Lake is a place you can relax with your loved ones in front of the fire, playing putt putt or out on the porch enjoying the hot tub.
This peaceful cabin is located in Morganton, Ga but is just 6 miles from downtown Blue Ridge and about a half mile from Lake Blue Ridge and Morganton Pointe Beach.
These 2 bedrooms plus loft sleeps 6 people along with 2 full size bathrooms. Our cabin offers peace and serenity which will leave you feeling rested and relaxed. Fully equipped kitchen along with a gas grill, 3 hole putting green, hot tub, full game room with 4 arcade games, 2 TV’s, pool table and tons of board and card games will keep you entertained. Enjoy a comfy night cuddled up, taking in the warmth of the fireplace. Enjoy the outdoors and do a little nature watching from the comfort of your own deck chairs or take in the sights and sounds of a peaceful evening. And since we are pet friendly you won’t have to leave your dog at home.
We want you to feel at home whether it’s just you and your loved one or if you bring the kids they will enjoy their time here at Cabin At The Lake in Morganton, Georgia.
To access the property, from the drive, guest must climb a set of 2 steps. The upper bedroom and loft area along with basement are accessed via staircases.

Booking- all guest and pets must be accounted for in the reservation. (See pet rules below)
Booking guest minimum age: 25. 6 guests maximum, no additional nighttime guests or pets allowed other than those on the reservation.

Early Check-in and Check-out may be possible based on the cleaning crews schedule and time of completion.

-Toddler/Infant amenities include pack'n play, high chair, baby gates, and toddler dishes.

-Pets - food and water bowls, dog waste bags and a large size kennel are available for your use while at our cabin. Cats are not permitted.
Up to 2 dogs allowed per reservation for a 100.00/fee. All pets must be added to the reservation prior to arrival.
Guest access
Guests will have access to a two bedroom plus loft with two bath house with full kitchen, living area, laundry room, game room, and 3 porches.

We sleep 6 comfortably!
Master bedroom: 1 King sized bed
Second bedroom: 1 Queen size bed
Loft with dedicated workspace - Full size futon

Pet Rules:

We love accommodating furry loved ones.
For your convenience, 2 dogs are allowed with a $100 pet fee covering the entire stay. We appreciate your effort in cleaning up after your pets; it makes a world of difference.

To maintain cleanliness and minimize allergens, any excess dog hair, waste, or stains found may incur additional cleaning fees at the owner's discretion. Thank you for helping us keep our cabin enjoyable for everyone!"

Please note that in the event of non-compliance with the outlined rules, the owner reserves the right to apply fees or, if necessary, take further action, including potential eviction, at their discretion

Other Things to Note:

There is a propane BBQ grill located on the upper back porch of the home. We provide the propane. Please remember to shut off the propane after use.

Fire wood is available on site in wood piles.

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and pots/pans, dish soap, cooking oils, salt/pepper, dishwashing soap.

A Keurig Coffee and regular filter coffer maker is provided. There is ground coffee, filters and K-cups provided.

Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand lotion and toilet paper are provided. Please bring your own toiletries. (Please note: The bathroom toiletries are travel size) 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 2 rolls of paper towels for the kitchen are provided for your stay

A Roku smart tv is provided with standard streaming apps, so BYO streaming logins. There is no local cable.

There is parking for up to 5 cars. 3 down the driveway leading to cabin and then 2 more parking spots by the street.

In-unit washer/dryer are available.

Disclosures:

The exterior bistro lights are automated to come on (6:30pm) and off in the evening hours (11:59pm). If you need to control them, you are still able to turn them on and off manually from switches located by each exterior door. Front door, Upper back porch door and basement door leading to the backyard. There are Kasa Wifi plugs that each have on and off buttons.

There are two owner closets that we ask the guests to not access.
-Upper Loft closet - has a lock on it.
-Basement Owners corner (blocked off by curtains and a sign- please do not access this area.)

Along the exterior, there are 2 security cameras which are directed at the front door and driveway, and then the 2nd camera is above the garage door on driveaway side of property. It is important to note that cameras are not directed at the hot tub and fire pit areas outside.
