Conveniently located to everything along the Grand Strand, the Meridian is a perfect location for our guests. This condo is fully furnished with 1 king sized bed, 1 queen sized sleeper sofa, and will Comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests!

This 1-bedroom apartment has several unique features! For starters beautiful luxury plank flooring was installed throughout the entire apartment. This vacation rental has interior glass doors that stretch across the entire wall leading to the oversized balcony, large wall mounted TV in the living room, and ceiling fan. Our guests will enjoy 1 king size bed in the bedroom, 1 full bathroom, living room with endless oceanfront views, full kitchen, cabinets with plentiful storage space, and so much more!

This is truly a one-of-a-kind rental that will keep you returning year after year. The oversized oceanfront balcony offers incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean, you will not want to miss the sunrise and sunset. Situated on the 6th floor, our guests will be absolutely blown away by this view!

The bedroom features 1 king size bed, large wall mounted TV, nightstand, and closet and dresser for storage. All towels, linens, bedding, dishes, and kitchen utensils are provided.

Entering into the kitchen, guests will have access to full size appliances. The kitchen features a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and plentiful cabinet space. Our guests love the fact they can easily cook a meal or a snack right from the condo! We provide all basic cookware, kitchen necessities, utensils, glassware, and more. For guests who prefer to dine out, the Meridian Plaza is within a short walk or ride to many of Myrtle Beach's most popular dining outlets. Food delivery services like Uber and DoorDash are also very popular options as well. The kitchen offers a full-size fridge, microwave, stove/oven, sink, and more.

The living room is located at the very front of the apartment and is considered the most relaxing part in the entire condo. This space is furnished a couch that converts to a queen-sized bed, an accent chair, side table, coffee table, small island with bar stools for eating, small table and chairs for eating, large wall mounted TV, and access to the private oceanfront balcony. Our guests love having their own, oversized, private balcony, and many have submitted photos of gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, dolphins, boats, surfers, and so much more!

The Meridian Plaza offers 1 indoor and 1 outdoor pool, as well as 1 indoor and 1 outdoor hot tub. Onsite laundry is available to our guests as well! We do not provide beach chairs, but guests can rent them seasonally from lifeguards on the beach.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

Our guests love the convenience of a keyless door lock. While we are here to assist our guests with whatever they may need, there will be no need to meet at our office for keys or parking passes. Whether you plan to arrive at the time of check in, or if you're arriving late at night, your door codes will give you access to the lobby and apartment during your stay! Our guests love the security of the locked lobby doors. Be sure to have your lobby door code and your condo door code on hand when you arrive!

This is truly a perfect location and easily accessible to all restaurants, shopping, dining, and other local attractions. The Meridian Plaza is located at 2310 N. Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC, and is literally a 5–10-minute walk or drive to just about everything you can imagine! There are so many restaurants close by, but Uber Eats and DoorDash have become very popular delivery options in our area.
