Spanning three levels, Las Iguanas features bedrooms and common areas on two levels, while the third boasts direct ocean access, an outdoor bar, a refreshing fresh-water shower, a spacious man-made beach, a pool, and mesmerizing ocean vistas. Surrounding the villa is a stunning coral reef, perfect for underwater exploration and snorkeling adventures.

Entering from the street, you'll step into the expansive second level, greeted by generous living spaces. This area encompasses comfortable couches, cable TV, a full-size pool table, a dining room with seating for eight, a well-equipped kitchen, and a convenient desk area for catching up on emails.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary amenities, including major and small appliances, purified drinking water, and cookware. Adjacent to the kitchen is one of the villa's four bedrooms, featuring a full-size and twin bunk bed combination, ideal for accommodating kids or teenagers. A private bathroom with a walk-in shower completes this bedroom. Another spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and a large private bathroom is also located on this level.
