WEATHER
Low Tide Scent. Due to the house's location, there may occasionally be a natural scent in the air. We have scent machines in place to help minimize this, ensuring a more comfortable stay for you.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

SAFETY NOTICE
Since tides affect swimming, fishing, and beachcombing, it’s always best to check the tide schedule before heading out.

HOUSE & COMMUNITY RULES
At Bodega, we embrace the true essence of community living. With no apps like DoorDash, Instacart, or Uber available, we focus on offering a personal, hands-on experience.

When you visit, you'll enjoy a unique shopping experience—take your items with you right away or shop directly at the local market for the freshest goods. It's the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the local vibe and support nearby businesses.

PETS
Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

SECURITY
For security, there is a ring camera on the exterior of the front door inside this Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
