Nestled in the heart of the charming Town of Duck, Tan Lines offers the perfect blend of convenience and coastal charm. Just a short stroll from the beach and within easy reach of Duck's vibrant shopping, dining, and family-friendly activities, this vacation spot is your ideal getaway!
The mid level living area is cozy and inviting, featuring comfortable seating and an open, recently updated kitchen. Enjoy sea glass quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats three. Adjacent to the kitchen, a separate dining area offers banquette seating and plenty of natural light. This level also includes a king bedroom, a pyramid bunk bedroom, and a full hall bath. After dinner, relax on the screened-in porch with a ceiling fan or step out onto the gated back deck with a refreshing drink as you overlook the large, fenced-in backyard.
Upstairs, the primary king en suite offers a private bath and exclusive access to a private deck, perfect for unwinding in peace.
On the ground level, you'll find a pyramid bunk and twin trundle en suite with a private bath, along with a convenient laundry area.
Everyone is sure to love the large fenced-in backyard, complete with a brand new private pool! Pool heat is available for an additional charge of $350.
Spend your days relaxing on the beach, with access located at the end of the street, just approximately 275 yards away. A plethora of restaurants and shops can be found less than a mile away, as well as access to the soundfront Duck boardwalk and the Duck Town Park, featuring concerts, exercise classes, movies, and more in the summer months.
Sheets are towels are provided for your convenience. Bedmaking will be provided in 2026.
