Our enchanting property will help you feel at home while you're traveling in or through Nowata. Our property is conveniently just South of Nowata. We are close to several boat ramps for easy access to Oologah Lake for fishing, duck hunting, any lake activities. Owasso is 30 miles South, Bartlesville is 30 miles West, Coffeyville, KS 30 miles North. Mobile home & main house sit on 40 acres. Mobile home has a separate driveway entrance sitting at the front of the property giving guest privacy. If more parking space is needed to accommodate boats &/or trailers we have an option for that. Main home sits towards the back of the property. Owners live on property with cattle, dogs, cats, chickens & wildlife roaming through. We now have wifi!
