The Neighborhood:

Aldea Zama is Tulum’s first planned community, with first rate infrastructure, including a pedestrian zone filled with restaurants, shops, spas, yoga studios and new businesses opening almost daily. Tucked in between the town and the beach, you are a short distance from the action, or have all your creature comforts right in Aldea Zama and never have to leave.



Getting Around:

While staying in the Aldea Zama neighborhood, we highly recommend exploring the area by bike or scooter for an authentic and convenient experience. Tulum is a bike-friendly town with bike paths and bike racks on main avenues, making it an eco-friendly and enjoyable way to get around. If you plan to discover the town and visit the nearby cenotes, a bike or scooter will be your best companion.



However, if you're looking to explore destinations beyond Tulum, like Akumal, Valladolid, Bacalar, or other more distant cenotes, renting a car is the most practical option. It gives you the freedom to travel at your own pace and visit these incredible places comfortably.
