Affordable Lakefront Condo | Great View and Location

This 2br Lakefront Condo located just off of the Grand Glaize Bridge in Osage Beach is exactly where you want to be! It provides every accommodation for your family vacation, golf trip, shopping getaway, or relaxing romantic weekend at the Lake including the best view of the Lake from your private deck or through the floor to ceiling windows in your living room.

With a King in the Master Suite, 2 Twin beds in the 2nd guestroom, and a Queen sleeper in the living room, everyone can sleep comfortably with their own space. During the day, enjoy relaxing on your covered deck with a beautiful view of the Grand Glaize channel while boats cruise in and out under the bridge or keep an eye on the family at the pool just down below.

Afterward, head to the pool for some sun, the dock for some of the best fishing around, a local marina to pick up a boat, or off to enjoy the endless amount of activities that the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.

When you’re back home, relax at the end of the day while enjoying that beautiful sunset, catch up on the day with your free high-speed Wifi Access, watch TV, or even catch up on those shows you’ve been missing while using one of the two Roku streaming devices available in the Master Suite and Living Room.

Parkside Place DOES NOT have trailer storage or a boat ramp. We recommend the public access at the Lake of the Ozarks State Park Public Beach #2 which is extremely close by both water and car.

Parking is free and first-come-first serve for the entire complex including some spots dedicated to motorcycle parking.

Our condos utilize NestxYale SmarLocks making check-in, check-out, and condo access extremely easy for our guests. NO KEYS REQUIRED!

We are available by phone, text, email, and AirBnB if needed but have set our home up in a way that our guests should feel at home. With keyless locks and check-in, our guests only need to reach out to us if they need us.

Parkside Place is a quiet condo complex with a mix of Vacation Condos and residences right in the heart of Osage Beach. From the parking lot you are <10 minutes away from just about all of the attractions by car and endless activities by water!

Emptynesters Getaway

This was the perfect place for a couples getaway. The location is close to all the fun things Osage Beach has to offer. The condo was super clean, updated and really close to the pool. The bed is REALLY firm and so are the pillows. The condo is stocked with all the amenities you need to cook. The hosts were amazing and friendly! We would definitely come back.

Get away stay

Very nice view of the lake. Fun to watch the boats and all the fishing. Lots of different birds also nice to watch. Condo was cozy and comfortable. We had a great stay.

Stay at LOZ

My family and I stayed 3 days at this beautiful condo. It has the most amazing view of the lake and is close to all of the Osage Beach activities. The host was amazing and promptly replied to my messages ( We arrived 2 hours eary and asked if we could check in). This property will definitely be my first choice for all my future stays.

Wonderful condo! Condo had a dock/slip we rented for our stay and price was extremely reseanable

Condo was clean. Well supplied. And we had a view of the lake of from our patio and living room picture window. Sunsets every night were amazing. The condo pool was a nice place to relax in the evenings. Scott and Heather were great hosts!!!

Great location, owners very attentive

Heather and Scott were very attentive and helpful asking if everything was OK once we had arrived and checking on us throughout our stay. They even let us know the day of our arrival that the cleaning crew is done early and we can check in early if we would like to. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s Just Okay

Let’s be honest, if your headed to LOTO your not really going to be in your room all that much. With that being said this property has its ups and downs for sure. The positives are the location, views and communication with the owners. The negative list is a little longer. First the property is in need of some updating. We make a couple of trips a year and stay in similar priced properties, for the money this one lacks in modernization and welcoming vibe. Another is that the property doesn’t seem to have anyone enforcing the rules of the property, a lot of loud deck parties going on until well after midnight. Cleanliness of the bathrooms was another problem that I really don’t need to discuss on here. Overall it’s a decent place to rest until your next day on the water.
