Overall we had a great stay and great communication with the host. The house is in the perfect location in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It’s a very cozy clean house. Only suggestion would be to have more of a variety of pillows for guest to pick from. Maybe extras in the closets in each room. Most of the pillows were very firm and the beds were very firm as well.. but that’s personal preference and that’s something you can’t make every guest happy on.

Thank you so much for that feedback! I wanted to go over and check before responding, because I was SURE we had a variety of pillows. Turns out there are only a couple of the less firm pillows. We will make sure we fix that!!!

It's a great house with plenty of room for everyone. We loved the location, it's walking distance from a super cute downtown area with lots of shops and places to eat and even a farmers market on Saturday. I would stay here again.

Very cute house in downtown OP. The Farmer's market is a must! Short walk from home. Lots of dining options close by and easy access to Kansas City attractions!

This home was a terrific place for our girls weekend. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. It was an easy walk to the downtown area. Super clean and well stocked. I would highly recommend it!

The picture of the twin beds in one bedroom shows a normal height twin bed. When we got there the other twin bed was a trundle on the floor. We were all senior citizens so not having a twin bed at normal height was disappointing. One of the house rules was to not wear your shoes in the house. After abiding by the rule, everyone’s feet were black on the bottom. The floors looked clean but obviously had not been mopped since the last time someone stayed in the house. The bed pillows are super puffy and solid. Definitely could use some softer pillows on the beds. The house was located well for what our group had planned.

Tina, We're so sorry about your experience. We will make sure the listing is updated to be abundantly clear about the trundle bed in the first bedroom. As discussed via message, we did have another option for you all if you needed it so that you wouldn't have to use the trundle. For the pillows, there are a wide variety of pillows throughout the house, including in all closets. We make sure to have both soft and firm pillows for everyone. I just refreshed the softer pillows last week. For the floors, we will contact our cleaners about that, but we don't have a listed house rule for no shoes. I apologize if there was some miscommunication there! I'll personally go over to the house to check on everything and make sure all is in order. Again, so sorry for your experience. I hope that you have a safe trip home and that you enjoyed your experiences visiting us here in KC.

Excellent location for anyone wanting to be in the Overland Park area. It was a quiet neighborhood yet close to main attractions. The house provided our group privacy as well as nice common areas.
