Freshly renovated and done tastefully to create an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. We are centrally located in the heart of Fryeburg within blocks of Fryeburg's Town Center, across the street from Fryeburg Academy. So much to do within our surrounding area. Sking, hiking, shopping, breweries, wedding venues and so much more. 25 minutes from North Conway New Hampshire and with 15 minutes from Mount Pleasant Ski resort. Enjoy our peaceful home as your central hub to all the area has to offer.

Rustic and tastefully renovated, one bedroom, one bathroom private dwelling, fitted with a queen size bed and a very comfy, memory foam queen size couch bed in the open living room/kitchen area. The unit is supplied with a stand up fan, and an air conditioner during summer months. Only two block walk to the local coffee shop

Two houses on the property and you'll have private and full access to the smaller unit. Please do not disturb the tenants of the adjoining property

As hosts we choose to leave guests to themselves, but we are just a phone call away should a dire situation arise.

The price per night is for up to 2 guests. There is a very comfortable queen size couch bed in the living room which can accommodate another 2 guests.

In total the house can accommodate up to 4 guests at an additional $15 per person per night for any more than 2 guests. Guests must be minimum of 25 years old to book this property.

There is another house on the property with full-time tenants so please keep that in mind as to not disturb them.

Please use specified dedicated parking area for your unit.

CHECK OUT - Cleaning a rental and having it ready the same day is the hardest part of owning a vacation rental. Before leaving please...
Strip the sheets (not the duvet, comforter, or mattress protector) and leave on the floor of the hallway.
Clean any pots and pans, wipe down the stove and grill.

GARBAGE - Please leave trash bags in the garbage can to left of front door. Please be sure to place the cover on the trash can as to not attract animals.

THERMOSTAT -in the living room- Please turn the heat down to 60 and turn off any Air Conditioners.

If you plan on leaving early, it's EXTREMELY helpful if you let us know so the cleaners can come in early.

Lastly, please leave the place in a somewhat clean condition and return furniture to its original location.

Broom is available for your use. It is located in mudroom closet, hanging on the wall.

USB - In bedroom there is a USB and C wire connections on both lamps for charging devices. (lamps work with light switch)

SOAPS - As a courtesy we try to make sure the house is supplied with soaps and shampoo, but we do not guarantee these items will be on hand. Please be sure to be prepared to bring and/or purchase your own supplies just in case.

FIRE PIT - Another guest may have left wood, but you should be prepared with your own wood. Do not leave fire unattended.

PROPANE GRILL - We have supplied a tank of propane but should it run out you can bring it to the local gas station for a swap.

NO PARTIES, EVENTS, FUNCTIONS, without prior written consent.

NO SMOKING INDOORS. Cigarettes, bottle caps, or ANY trash left will result in additional cleaning fees. Follow noise ordinance, no loud noises, no outdoor late nights, & no fireworks. Disturbances reported can result in low review and charge back.

POWER OUTAGES. Power outages occur frequently in rural Maine. There are 2 lantern type flash lights in the apartment (one in bedroom on night stand, one in foyer closet) for your use in case of a power outage. We have no generator and the only option we can offer is flashlights and to wait it out. We will keep you updated as we get updates from our utility company.
