NO PETS: Pets are not allowed to ensure the property remains in excellent condition and allergy-friendly. Unauthorized pets may result in a $500 fine and $200 cleaning fee.

NO SMOKING: Smoking, including vaping and the use of e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and away from the doors and windows, and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to a $1,000 fine and a $500 cleaning fee.

NO PARTIES: To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all, parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a $1,000 fine, a $500 cleaning fee, and immediate removal from the property. Please note guest policy and quiet hours.

GUEST POLICY: The property accommodates up to 10 guests. If you have additional guests, please notify the host immediately for approval. Unauthorized extra guests will incur a charge of $100 per guest per night.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are between the hours of 10PM- 8AM. To comply with Chula Vista city regulations, we ask all guests to observe quiet hours and keep noise levels reasonable during these times. Excessive noise can result in fines and penalties for us as the property owners.
