Cette modeste maison de plage a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© vous attend. Être transformĂ© en cette Ăźle paradisiaque et ont les rayons du soleil et les sons de l'ocĂ©an soit votre rĂ©veil. Si vous voulez vous Ă©loigner de l'agitation de votre Daily Grind, l'expĂ©rience de repos et de dĂ©tente, considĂ©rer ce votre maison loin de la maison.

Venez dĂ©couvrir une rĂ©gion qui est passĂ©e inaperçue pendant des annĂ©es. La maison situĂ©e dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel, donc si vous ĂȘtes Ă  la recherche pour la vie nocturne, ce ne sont pas de la maison. Nous sommes situĂ©s sur la plage, oĂč il est trĂšs beau, confortable et relaxant. Toutes les photos sont prises Ă  partir de la maison et la cour. La maison est situĂ©e sur un terrain partagĂ© par mes deux autres propriĂ©tĂ©s de location Ă  long terme. Cette maison est adjacent Ă  une passerelle commune qui est accessible Ă  la plage publique.

La maison dispose de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains complĂštes (une Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et l'autre Ă  l'extĂ©rieur), 4 couchages confortablement, mais peut accueillir 2 plus. Draps et serviettes de plage sont fournis Ă  nos clients. Il y a une machine Ă  laver et une ligne de vĂȘtements est disponible Ă  l'air sĂ©cher votre linge. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© a une cuisine complĂšte, Ă©quipĂ©e d'un micro-ondes, cristal, ustensiles de cuisine, cafetiĂšre, grille-pain; ustensiles, des produits de papier dĂ©marrage; Internet et la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble sont disponibles pour nos clients. panneaux verts et solaires installĂ©s rĂ©cemment de cette propriĂ©tĂ©, nous sommes passĂ©s. PropriĂ©taire se trouvant Ă  proximitĂ© et disponibles pour assister Ă  la propriĂ©tĂ©, si nĂ©cessaire.

Prenez votre boisson tropicale préférée, prendre vos repas à l'extérieur sur la véranda, ou tout simplement sortir pour se prélasser au soleil et profiter de la vue sur l'océan. Nous avons ajouté plusieurs éléments décoratifs incorporés dans toute la maison à partir des pierres de lave embarqués sur l'extérieur, une planche de surf que le bar comptoir, le carrelage décoratif sur le sol de la véranda, terrasse banc, et la douche extérieure, et vous obtiendrez une coup de pied hors de la salle de bains extérieure habilement dissimulée comme une cabane dans les arbres.

Pour les activités de plein air, il y a des planches de bodyboard, plongée en apnée et palmes pour vous d'utiliser. Cinq minutes de votre location de vacances est une série de centres commerciaux, contenant les épiceries, les pharmacies, fast food, et plusieurs restaurants locaux et ethniques pour votre plus grand plaisir. six terrains de golf, des courts de tennis, et un trajet en train attraction historique sont également à proximité. Vous serez à une courte distance avec plus de lieux pour votre visionnement, shopping et plaisir à manger. La sortie Waikele Shopping Center, l'USS Arizona Memorial, et l'Aloha Stadium Swap Meet sont juste un entraßnement pratique à partir de votre emplacement. Nous sommes à 15 minutes de la nouvelle Disney Resort Hawaii, Aulani. La CÎte-Nord est d'environ 30 minutes avec de renommée mondiale plages de surf et visiteurs des attractions comme l'Nut Farm Macadamia, la tournée Dole Plantation, Waimea Falls, le centre culturel polynésien, et plusieurs Luau, boutiques et restaurants locaux. Return stay at Ewa Beach lava house

The Ewa Beach lava house offers the perfect location for viewing spectacular sunrises over Diamond Head and brilliant sunsets to the west. The idyllic setting allows you to take walks on the uncrowded beach, take a dip in the ocean or relax on the large lanai. The house is quaint and nostalgic This laid-back atmosphere and the proximity to many tourist venues is the reason I wanted to stay here on my return visit to Oahu. Don and Violeta have always been great to work with to make sure that your stay is comfortable and accommodating.

Great value for our large family!

Violetta was great to work with and the house/property was just as expected. We had a very easy time rebooking due to covid. The property was simplistic but perfect for what our family of 6 needed. The backyard and beach are definitely the best parts of this home!

Awesome place with amazing views

We loved staying here. So much room outside to entertain, covered, lots of comfortable furniture. The beach, sunrise, sunset, and a nice little sandy walk into the ocean, were as other properties next to us had rocks. Love it! Will stay again.

This is a lovely location. It needs some repairs. Screen door needs replaced. All the pillows need to be replaced. Hidebed was dirty and I couldn't find any bedding for it. The fan over the stove wasn't working. The manager came to fix a broken toilet immediately. *

Fabulous lanai

We enjoyed our time there. The lanai and backyard was beautiful, best part of the house. There is no dryer, however if you get the laundry washed and hung first thing in the morning it will be dry by dinner. The ocean is full of coral & you will need water socks if you want to go out. I would come back here.

Just the Ticket

We wanted a place on the water so we could sleep and relax to the sound of the waves. This home was within our price range and well maintained. Swimming from the beach is more for the competent swimmer, but little ones can have fun all day at the water's edge. There is nothing but a low rock wall between the yard and the water. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has great appliances (ice-maker in the freezer-yay) and is very well stocked w/ utensils and such. It is a lovely place to come home to after a day of exploring the island. Also, there are a Foodland and a Safeway on the way to the house to buy items to make use of the lovely kitchen. Outdoor space is great and very relaxing. The hosts were helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Right on the Beach

Enjoyed our stay. Everything worked. House C is RIGHT on the beach and has use of the yard, lanai, and all the outdoor furniture. The neighbors were sometimes noisy, but reasonable. I would choose this place again - MUCH better than a high rise condo/apt/hotel room, even near Waikiki beach. Beach is great, and there was a small patch of sandy beach into the ocean right in front of the house, so there is a space for small children to swim without rocks. Surfers were on the ocean right out front. No giant waves, but if you like to boogie board and surf smaller waves, you can do so. Needs a new showerhead. For the price, it was more than worth it, especially if you can split the cost with another couple.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

Perfect 2 bedroom home for our group of 4. The home had everything we needed, the house was very clean and the lanai was to die for!!! We spent a lot of time at the house and most of that was lounging on the lanai. It couldn't have been more perfect for a relaxing vacation. I would definitely stay here again. Absolutely wonderful, amazingly relaxing and peaceful!

Although it is not property owners doing, the beach was rocky; (hence the house name: "Rock House"), swimming was possible a couple houses down the beach. Too many boulders/rocks directly in front of house. BUT, view of Diamondhead and Honolulu was fantastic! Sunrises AND Sunsets every day. Extremely peaceful, comfortable and relaxing!

View and yard wonderful, house not well maintained.

The house was not well maintained with the windows not opening or closing fully and the blinds in the sliding glass door looking toward the ocean were broken obstructing the view. There is a sign posted to turn off the fans and window AC units when leaving which caused the house to be extremely warm upon return, there was nothing about this prior to our arrival, we left them on when we went out for a couple of hours and they were shut off upon our return, one at the breaker box and the other was actually turned off by someone entering the house and shutting it off. The beach was wonderful but be sure to wear swim shoes as there are rocks in the water and broken glass on the beach in places! This did not distract from the relaxing view from the yard of sea turtles swimming in the ocean.

Its all about the beach!

Amazing beach access the cottage is a cute little 2 bedroom. The house is fine. it is somewhere to lay your head after a busy day. No air conditioning in the house except in the bedrooms. So the house doesnt really cool down at all but it doesnt matter since your time is better spent out on the beautiful patio listening to the waves of the ocean. The negatives... no air conditioning, little sugar ants in the bathroom and kitchen (not really a big deal you barley notice them if you put food away) and most of all there is no fan in the bathroom (terribly stuffy and stinky at times) But even with the negatives this is a lovely place and Don and Violette are wonderful. Wouldn't take back our decision to stay in Ewa Beach. Thanks!

Great outdoor area

We enjoyed our stay here overall. There were a couple of drawbacks... ants infested a pizza we placed on the counter within 20 minutes of setting it down. Also, the A/C consists of 2 window units that you have to turn off when you leave the house. So we returned every day to a hot house and it took awhile to cool off. If you leave the A/C running while you're gone, someone will come inside and turn it off while you're gone. I gave this property 4 stars because of the location and outdoor area. It just needs some updating and it would be worth 5.

Our own little paradise

My family had a wonderful time here away from the hustle and bustle. If you are looking for luxury, keep looking, but if you are looking for a quaint little place who's outdoor living space is quiet and AMAZING....then look no further. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach for surfing, boogie boarding, a little snorkeling and just general paddling. We loved the yard, the patio table for cards and cup pong (not official length for that but still fun) reading, and ALOT of time sitting at the wall and staring at the ocean. The view includes a distant sight of Waikiki, Diamond Head and it was actually fun seeing the flights come and go to HNL since we weren't directly underneath the flight approach. The neighborhood is very.........eclectic, and we went almost every day to the little local convenience store, Silva's, for soft serve and beer supplies. The house was pretty clean and had everything we needed to cook and hang out. Seemed to be plenty of towels, enough hot water for 5 of us and the outdoor additional 1/2 bath in the little fairy tree by the outdoor shower was fun too. We loved Violetta and we would definitely recommend the place to others of our similar mind-set....perfection isn't necessarily about luxury. Thank you Don and Violetta.

I'm originally from the Czech Republic and came the U.S. in 1982. I own my mobile mechanic business in Oahu. I used to live in California for 20 years and moved to Hawaii in 1999. I have an European accent and understand and speak English fluently. I can be available as a tour guide or can recommend local areas/places to check out. I love to swim in the ocean and try to make it a habit at least 2-3 times a week.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I remodeled this house from top to bottom from the roof, to the landscaped yard, lava rock exterior, the decorative tiles throughout the house and patio areas. I purchased this home in 2011 and slowly remodeled to make it a rental property. We've gone green and solar panels recently installed for this property. This house is steps away to the beach and ocean.

We added several decorative features incorporated throughout the house from the lava rocks embedded on the exterior, a surfboard as the bar countertop, the decorative tile work on the lanai floor, patio bench, and to the outdoor shower, and you’ll get a kick out of the outdoor bathroom cleverly concealed as a tree house. The outdoor table has a built in checker board to play chess or checkers.
