COSY SYCAMORE AVE HOUSE POUR LES FAMILLES ET LES GROUPES

Maison familiale Sycamore Ave, 6 chambres, grande terrasse avec bain à remous, grande terrasse. Au premier étage se trouve le salon et la salle à manger, la cuisine, la salle familiale, la cour arriÚre, 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain. La chambre 1 a un lit queen et une salle de bain privée. La chambre 2 comprend un lit queen-size et une salle de bains commune avec la chambre 3. La chambre 3 a un lit queen size. La chambre 4 dispose de 2 lits superposés, chacun avec un lit simple et un lit double.
Au deuxiÚme étage se trouve un jacuzzi pour 8 personnes, une terrasse extérieure avec vue sur le mont. Tam, deux chambres et deux salles de bains. La chambre 5 a un lit king size et la chambre 6 a des lits superposés.

The host was quick to respond to questions by text. He had charged the electric riding vehicles and warmed the hot tub. However the barbecue had not been cleaned for a long time. Tgere was so much food in the kitchen freezer which had been left behind that we didn’t know if it was still good and didn't have room for our frozen food items except in the extra freezer which was handy. There were food items, some of them way past expiration dates, in several kitchen cupboards so we had to put all of our food purchased for our four day stay on the counters. I think someone should give items left behind to a cleaning person's family except for condiments in the refrigerator.

Family Reunion

This house was terrific for our family reunion group. Very well equipped and provisioned. Communication with the host before and during our stay was excellent. Amazing number of good bikes plus all kinds of sports gear in the sheds which our baseball family enjoyed. The hot tub with a view to the top of Mt Tam was wonderful. We had a perfect stay and strongly recommend this house to any large family group. Thank you to Jose Fuentes and familigia!!

Great house, great location !

We had a great stay— with 17 people it’s hard to find a house big enough and this was perfect ! Lots of space for the kids, great outdoor area, and a park across the street !We had one small issue with the hot tub but Jose sent someone out that day. He was able to fix it but we couldn’t use the hot tub for one of the nights. Not a huge deal, just to mention !

Ideal in every way

Our extended family of 7 adults stayed at Jose's house while we were in town for a wedding, and I can't say enough good things about it. The house was luxuriously large; warm, comfortable, quiet, easy, and relaxed -- and the perfect location in Mill Valley, central to everything. The owner, Jose, was easy to contact and so helpful -- although the house was so easy to use we never needed to bother him with any questions! Just a gem. Thank you, Jose.

Large property for extended multigenerational family. Plenty of space and supplies to keep us all happy. Great location and easy access to Mt Tam and the 101. Wonderful family trip.

Perfect stay

We had 14 family members in town from the east coast for a wedding. The house was perfect and we enjoyed being together so much. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready in for the celebration. Thanks Jose.

Fabulous Find For Grandparents with Large Family!

Perfect house for large families who wish to enjoy but have a bit of separate bedrooms and bathrooms! Backyard and outside are wonderful for summer family dinners and grandkids playing outside! Beds are comfortable and each room has a bathroom! Kitchen is well stocked and cooking was easy..perfect family get together house !

Wonderful Stay

The property fit our needs perfectly. 9 adults and 6 children, all family. The location was ideal! Easy access to Sausalito/SF and to Muir Woods. The house was clean and homey and had everything we needed. We had too much on our itinerary and too short a stay to hang around much, but it would be a lovely location to just relax on the covered patio and to soak in the hot tub. Thank you!

A fabulous place to stay!

We are a group of eight women who gather once every year This is the 4th year we have stayed at this wonderful home and we love it. The spaciousness, the fact that all the bedrooms have bathrooms, the privacy we each get but at the same time the great meeting spots in this home including sitting on the back covered deck, gathering in the kitchen, and being together around the large dining room table. Also it is so conveniently located and close to many wonderful places to visit in Marin County and San Francisco.

Great for large family!

We came to stay in the area for a nearby wedding. It accommodated our family of 9 adults and 6 children very comfortably with room to spare. Most had their own bathrooms as well. Large table to accommodate large group for dinner. The kids and adults loved the hot tub! Overall great stay with great communication with the host for any issues we had.

Should I Stay or Should I Go?

You win either way. If you stay in the house, you have the beautiful covered back patio looking out at the perfectly manicured backyard with only the sound of apples falling with a soft thud on the perfect lawn. If you go, you can walk to the old sawmill downtown for shopping, dinner, or coffee. If want more of an adventure, you can run, ride, or drive to Muir Beach. Another day you can go for a hike through Muir Redwoods National Monument. Then come back home to enjoy the hot tub under the stars outside the upstairs bedrooms. You can’t go wrong with this rental.

Sorry I missed it

I never got there because my husband was hospitalized. However, those.who were there sent back very positive reports. It was nice to have spacious lively quarters so other friends and relatives good meet with us all, as their own residences were too full. Jose was very helpful ; however, we had great difficulty getting his phone numbers which is a problem previous renters have noted. I would definitely recommend this place based on the feedback from the family who did get to go, ages 1 through 51.

Great relaxing time!

Enjoyed our stay in Mill Valley. Nice location, close to all needs (including ice cream store!). Very relaxing home, we especially enjoyed sitting in the outdoor seating/dining area. Hot tub facing Mount Tam another plus. Jose is a very relaxed host, very much enjoyed renting his home.

Being with Family

We came to Mill Valley for a wedding. There were 12 in the house. It great to all stay together, eat together and invite more family to visit with. Glad we all had bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again

Wedding stay

Perfect for friends and family from east coast attending a wedding in Sausalito. Glad to have so many bathrooms to get ready for the wedding. The back porch is best part of the house.

Great Time

Nice house, reasonably priced in a good location.

The house was very clean and had a lot of dishes, etc. It is not fancy, but comfortable- the only update I would recommend would be to replace the carpet. We really enjoyed the back patio. The hot tub looked very nice (we did not use it) Short walk down to MIll Valley for shops, restaurants, etc- 20 minute drive to the city or a quick ferry ride from Larkspur or Tiburon. Highly recommend.

Great house for families. 6 adults and 4 kids from tennessee and texas in town for a family wedding . all the bedrooms made it easy to spread out. great backyard for kids to play and hot tub awesome on the upper deck. hosted a dinner for other family members and plenty of room at the outside table. perfect visit for us
