Yellow Rose

Tranquility Hill Ranch is a peaceful oasis of memories of our family and friends at the ranch. We sit on the front porch with our hot tea or coffee and watch the sun rise over bluebonnet hill. The cows will lumber up to drink while birds chirp a good morning song or the turkeys gobble from a distance.
During dark nights it seems like the milky way is right over our road to the house, the stars are so bright and sunsets by a fire are a must for reviewing the day and sharing memories.
The space
The Yellow Rose is on top of a hill with a big porch in front partially fully covered for the summer days when you need shade and an uncoverd porch area was added this year so you could lay or sit and watch the stars. The sunrises, sunsets and full moon is breathtaking and the porch always catches the fresh breeze. A large bricked deck then covers the area between the Yellow Rose and the Bunk House. This common area has a fire pit and BBQ area and lots of space for gathering. Because this is often booked during dove season we have a bird washing station near the well house.

Air B and B software only allows for one cleaning fee. We have found that monthly or multiple months stays need a monthly cleaning and service of the house to maintain the standards of our hosting and to service the house timely. So the cleaning fee will be charged monthly and paid monthly through the resolution center. Thank you in advance for complying with this service.


With monthly or multiple month stays there will be a $450. cleaning fee per month fee. The monthly cleaning fee covers a monthly cleaning and service oof the house. We will coordinate that time with your schedule. With longer stays it allows us to help maintain the house and keep it clean and under repair in a timely matter. This will be requested and will be paid through the resolution center.


Wi-Fi is available for a fee. Internet provider can connect per stay if guest is interested in internet access. We think our place will help you experience everything Kenedy has to offer.
