This new apartment is part of a complex built in 2023. Unlike the vast majority of apartments in the area, it features a terrace with a private pool, besides the magnificent pool the complex has for all residents and authorized guests. It´s also located on the Manzanillo del Mar beachfront in a virtually private spot on the beach.

The bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas are within a 970 SQFT area plus a 700 SQFT terrace featuring a completely PRIVATE POOL with outdoor dinnerware accommodating up to 8 people; The condo amenities - available to all residents and guests- include a full size swimming pool and 2 additional ones for children and toddlers.

There is also a full gym and direct access to the beach.

Two bedrooms, accommodate 6 people and a sofa bed in the living room provide space for 2 more, for a total of 8. The apartment has 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen and several other amenities.

1. The Complex has 3 swimming pools (a big one and 2 for children only) that can be used without limit during open hours.

2. The Gym, Sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi and swimming channel can be used at no cost under reservation. If you plan to use them, let us know at least 24 hours BEFORE your stay to make the proper arrangements.

3. Beachfront space along with sun loungers and shades are available for a small fee (around COP $20,000 (usd $5) per 5-hours brackets for a party of 4 people). If you plan to use them also please let us know at least 24 hours before our standard check-in time.

DISTANCE TO AIRPORT, WALLED CITY AND GROCERIES, TAXI

1. The building is at a 20 min (15 km) drive to the airport and at a 24 min (18 km) drive to downtown/walled city. Uber transportation service to downtown/walled city or airport, will be anywhere from USD $9 to $28 depending on the time of the day and Uber type. Expect taxis to be around the same price.

2. Las Ramblas shopping mall is 3 km from the building (5 min drive). You will find groceries, restaurants and convenience stores at Las Ramblas.
