This thoughtfully laid out home features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms offer king beds, while the third includes two queen beds, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together!

The open Hawaiian style floor plan creates a bright and airy living space that flows effortlessly into a fully stocked kitchen and dining area with seating for up to eight guests. Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced backyard, perfect for furry friends, along with an outdoor grill for relaxed cookouts and evenings together.

Every bedroom and the living room are equipped with Smart TVs with Hulu ready to stream, and high speed internet keeps everyone connected. Parking is available for up to three vehicles.

You are just a short walk to the heart of Park Circle, with its restaurants, breweries, and parks, and only 15 minutes from downtown Charleston and the airport. Sullivan’s Island and Folly Beach are an easy drive away. Traveling with a larger group? Ask about the nearby Aloha Cottage to accommodate the rest of your family.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
