Ginger was a great host. Very welcoming, great communications. She even offered to delay our departure to allow roads to thaw after a snowstorm on our last night! The cabin was very clean and well stocked.Overall a great experience.

Great Cabin for Relaxation

The owner was very responsive and the cabin was clean with plenty of space to relax. There were plenty of supplies and games provided to make our stay great. Relaxing in the hot tub was a definite highlight!

Cabin is in the woods, has everything you need for a months stay. They received a new hot tub while we were there and it was lovely.We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the rain showers.We even saw a black bear while we were there,Our host was very easy to communicate with.

From the moment we inquired, it was quick responses, and very warm feeling, the noise is very warm, clean and excellent staged!! Had some questions while there, immediate response from the property manager!! Very, very much recommend !! We already tried to book our next trip.

Great getaway

Everything was nice. The cabin was very clean and very spacious. We wanted a weekend to just get out of the city and this was a great place to just relax. The only down side is that we were unable to use the fireplace due to a fire it caused at some point, which we were not told until the day of the stay. It would have been so nice to have the fireplace especially because it started raining. Other than that, it was great!

we were unable to burn a fire or use the fireplace inside. we were told the renters would get sued if we did. both the fireplace and the fire pit are pictured on the listing. there was not a no burn in effect. upon contact about receiving a refund we were told no.

Overgaurd vacation

Every year My 14 year old daughter and myself stay in Overgaurd for a short 4-5 day vacation away from the heat and over population of Phoenix , we Chose Overgaurd because it's much cooler temperature and is a small town , ( I could live there forever) we also take the ATV out into the mini trails and look for wild horses and just explore being in nature. we had extra fun this time because the cabin we chose had a pool table and a air hockey table and that was a lot of fun as it was a little windy outside but we were very happy with the hot tub and the house is amazing. It was a blast and we felt safe and comfortable and the manager., Host was very quick to answer my questions and very friendly so we were very happy

Walking into the home, we were impressed by how clean everything was. They also had a great pantry of spices, jelly, chips for your use. Be aware there is no dish washer and unfortunately, no dish soap but I ran down to the dollar store and picked some up. There is no A/C but there is a fan in the master and ceiling fans in the living room. The screen on the slider has a lot of holes....a shame because the mornings were cool but we didn't want bugs! It was a really nice neighborhood to walk.

Property was very clean and well supplied. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful. The listing said three bedrooms, but did not state that one of the bedrooms is a guest house separate from the main house, with only a bed in it, with bathroom access in the main house. There was a window air unit, but it was in a box on the floor. Ginger was very helpful and purchased us a floor fan. She was also very quick to replace the grill that was broken from the previous renters. I would rent again. Excellent communication with the host.

The hot tub was fantastic. Really made for a great experience. Cabin was very comfortable. Plumbing needs a little work. The shower plugs up. Everything the host supplies is amazing. Great value for the money.
