Venez visiter la montagne blanche et séjournez dans cette maison de ville bien aménagée du village de Loon. Au niveau de l’entrée de cette maison de ville, vous trouverez une chambre avec un lit queen-size et une salle de bain complète partagée située juste devant la porte de la chambre. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve la suite parentale avec un lit queen size, une télévision à écran plat, une salle de bain complète avec un lave-linge / sèche-linge superposé et une petite terrasse privée. Le niveau de vie principal se trouve au dessus du niveau d’entrée. Ce niveau contient une cuisine complète avec micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle; salle à manger avec des sièges pour deux; et le salon avec un canapé-lit, une télévision à écran plat, la climatisation et une cheminée à gaz. On accède au pont par un curseur dans la salle à manger et offre six chaises autour d’une table avec parasol et une vue boisée de la montagne Loon. La troisième chambre est située au dernier étage de la maison de ville et contient un lit queen-size, un lit double et une petite télévision.

Votre séjour comprend une adhésion au club de natation, de tennis et de remise en forme Village avec deux piscines intérieures, deux piscines extérieures, quatre jacuzzis (un extérieur), un sauna, une salle d’entraînement et 12 courts de tennis pour votre plus grand plaisir.

Sur place, vous trouverez de nombreuses activités saisonnières et toute l’année pour occuper votre temps: shopping, golf, mini-golf, parcs d’attractions (y compris un parc aquatique local), promenades en gondole / tramway, attractions naturelles, ski alpin et snowboard, ski nordique, raquettes, randonnée pédestre, VTT, baignade en rivière, kayak, observation des oiseaux et bien plus encore.

La piscine et le club de remise en forme peuvent ne pas être disponibles pendant de courtes périodes en raison d’un entretien mécanique ou physique. L'admission peut être refusée pour non-respect des règles du club.
Un service de navette pour le domaine skiable de Loon Mountain est disponible en saison.

Fantastic experience

The place is beautiful and well located. Access to The pools and hot tubs was ideal with young kids. The only recommendation I have is to add more ACs as the upstairs rooms are stuffy during the day, but workable at night with the windows open.

Overall everyone really enjoyed their time there. Only negative was that multiple screens had holes in them and needed repair, resulting in various flying insects being inside during our stay. I would highly recommend working with the Loon Reservation Services, as they made the whole process very easy.

The condo was comfortable, well laid out and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for the activities we did while we were in Lincoln (Loon, Woodstock, Kangamagus Hwy, etc.). One thing to mention - while the place was overall pretty clean, there were a few things that could use some attention. (Bathroom fans were pretty dusty, lower deck was dusty/dirty.)

We had a problem with one painted window that could not be opened. We called the management office and in no-time they send the nice and professional maintenance person to have it opened for us. Right outside of the town of Lincoln it is very close to many fun activities. The location is set far enough of the highway that it is very quite. The unit we stayed in was completely clean and beautiful including what had to be a full kitchen remodel. It was stunning. They had EVERYTNING you could possible need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Unit is spotless. Only regret we have is we didn’t stay longer.

There were 5 of us (and 11 down the street in another unit) for a family gathering. The August weekend was hot and humid, so the A/C unit on the main floor worked hard to keep the upstairs bedroom adequately cool. The provided fans helped move cool air up there. Having the outdoor and indoor pools at the Swim and Tennis Club was a wonderful bonus with 5 children in the mix. We would definitely return in the future.

Annual Summer Getaway

We loved this condo for our family as this was our 2nd time renting the same one. It is well cared for, nicely furnished and very clean. We enjoyed the pools, Loon Mountain gondola, tubing at Saco, Cascade Falls, and Lady's Bathtub. No restaurants or amusements this year due to the pandemic, but quite honestly there's still so much to do. I would highly recommend Loon Mountain and this unit as well.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was in a terrific location, close to all area attractions. The shared amenities (tennis courts, pools, hot tubs) st the location were in good shape but could use updating. Neither of the outdoor pools are heated but the indoor pool was. Condo had some upgrades done but could use new carpet’s in the main living area and an updated kitchen. Condo also has a gas stove/oven so be warned when you light the stove you have to ignite the pilot before selecting heat setting.

Reviewer Comments: The property is quite nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Loon. Just a few things, when we arrived there was a pile of dirt on the floor in the kitchen and we found dog kibble in the couch. Not huge issues. Also, the parking is challenging to manage and with larger units - there are more people and vehicles increasing the challenge of trying to ensure that the vehicles are where they need to be so as not to infringe on others stay. It would have been nice to have access to a vacuum cleaner as we tracked in lots of pine needles and dirt. Overall, however, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this rental.

We're glad that you enjoyed your stay, though do apologize about the cleaning issue. This home actually doesn't allow dogs, so the kibble is a surprise, but we should have found it. All condos in Lincoln only have 2 spots, but there is overflow parking down near the swim club.This homeowner is very proud of his home, and maintains it well, having just replaced the master bedroom mattress, to make your next stay even more comfortable.
