Less than 5 minutes away by foot to three lines of Metro: lines 5 (Bréguet – Sabin), 8 (Chemin Vert) and 9 (Saint-Ambroise). Close to the main touristic parisian spots.
The space
Step into the comfort of this very well equipped studio nestled in a quite central Parisian district. The main room is bright and spacious, separated from the entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Equipped with a central heating system for the winter and an Mobile Air Conditioner system for summer. The access to the residence is controlled by an intercom and digital lock, and monitored by a building superintendent. You can use the lift or walk up the stairs to the second floor to access the apartment.

The studio conveniently combines a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining space creating an attractive setting for the ideal stay.
