FAQ:

PARKING: There is enough parking for 4 vehicles on the property. Two can be parked in the garage and two in the driveway. Street parking is allowed during the day. NO overnight parking on the street is allowed. Vehicles may be fined and/or towed.

Pool & Spa Heating Information
At Agave House, we’re proud to be one of the few vacation homes in the desert that offers complimentary pool and spa heating, with no extra daily fees.

During the winter months, the pool heating is available daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We manage the pool heating remotely for our guests. To continue providing this service at no cost, we kindly ask guests to give at least 24 hours' notice before you would like the pool heated, as it takes 3-4 hours to heat up. Also, please let us know once you’re done using the heat so we can conserve energy.
For the spa, a notification about an hour before use is appreciated as it takes only 30-40 minutes to heat up.

How often is the pool cleaned?
Pool maintenance is completed on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Do we allow pets?
We love your pets! A set of dog bowls, a spill mat, and pet waste bags are provided for your use. Guests must pick up any dog waste in the common areas of the country club. We ask that your pets be created when you are not present. Crates are not. provided. A $75/pet fee will apply. Additional fees may apply for longer stays.

TRASH DAY:
Trash Day: Trash day is on Mondays. If you are checking out on Sunday or Monday, we ask that you please take the trash and recycling bins out to the street. Please bring all bins back inside on Monday evening if you are continuing your stay. We greatly appreciate your help with this.

LANDSCAPING:
The front and back yards are maintained through the HOA, and they are given access to the outside spaces every Thursday during the day.

Your peace of mind and the safety of your children are our top priorities. To enhance child safety, child safety locks are installed on the top and bottom of the patio door leading to the backyard. Additionally, a pool door alarm is installed to provide an extra layer of security and alert you of any unauthorized access to the pool area.

Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard and all resort amenities. Before check-in, we will collect all the necessary information needed for you to enter the community after booking. Guests who provide the information can access the community using the 48th St, 50th St, and Jackson Street gates.

On the day of check-in, guests will be provided a code for the front door smart lock that will only be active during their stay.
