The house was listed as a 420 home in Ferndale. After making my payment she sent the address which was located on the eastside of Detroit. We couldn’t get in at first and there were two air conditioners on the living room floor. I need a partial refund. She did respond to my comments about location.

Everything was great. The only problem for me was the smell. Because the basement isnt completely closed off it just smells a bit weird but candles helped.

I stayed here for 2 nights and I seen bugs, dishwasher was leaking onto the floor and we were only provided with 1 trash bag through the whole stay. I told the lady about bugs and the leaking but never got a text back. I asked about internet password and she instantly texted me back.

This lady is not telling the truth she broke the garbage disposal causing the dishwasher to back up and she never once said anything about bugs or anything else she only asked about WiFi I gave her the Wi-Fi info and asked how everything was she said great after I filled for damages then she write and awful review I hope she has a great day

TERRIBLE

First thing I noticed when I came into this house was a massive burn on the table, the second thing I noticed was a roach in the sink. The AC did not work, the vents were dented. the walls upstairs aren't even complete walls meaning you truly have no privacy from your group. Her "cleaning group" left their mop in the kitchen. Now the host is trying to accuse us of plumbing issues to slap another charge on me

Retaliatory yes I charged you because there were pads and wipes and paper towels flush down the toilet that cause sewer issues and you were not charge because every guest is required to purchase insurance just incase something happens and also you never said any thing about the house only said everything was great and yes my cleaner mopped there way out of the house and set the mop behind the door that’s out of the living room and dining room … you should have made sure your guest didn’t flush pads wipes and paper towels flushed you no are responsible for your party guest you had over a 100 people there and you are responsible
