Our visit was wonderful for a large family reunion with people of old and young. 1) The exotic animals were of exceptional enjoyment. 2) It was clean, had a chef's kitchen with a HUGE assortment of cookware, silverware,, etc. Our disposable was also used for for the littles and less washing. (They had a microwave to heat up baby bottles ,etc, which I had not seen on the amenity list.) 3)They had a huge, commercial refrigerator and an apartment-size refrigerator with a small freezer section on top. No other freezer. Adequate for us. 4) I loved the long eating tables together that accommodate 32 people other eating areas. 5) We had a few minor things that needed to be replaced or repaired and were quickly corrected. 6) The host was friendly and helpful. 7) I was pleasantly surprised we had no mosquitos, unlike Houston!!, which was 2.5 hr. driveOne suggestion is to bring a light summer blanket. They had a wonderful, stuffed thick blanket for winter (but it was too hot to use in summer) and yet too cool for just a sheet for most of us. I covered up with their sheet plus 1 oversized bath towel we brought and one of their bath towels. Then I was was comfortable.We enjoyed the rustic atmosphere and God's creation. I would highly recommend this place to slow down, breathe some fresh air, and enjoy your family and friends.
