Property manager was incredibly nice, the home was cozy and well decorated. Nice quiet neighborhood and near by event locations. Will definitely be visiting again.

Clean and spacious

This vrbo was very clean and bright. With 4 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms, it was perfect for my family. There was lots of parking available. The guys had fun shooting pool and the large dining table accommodated all of us. We will definitely stay there again when we visit our daughter and son-in-law.

Awesome Home in Eugene

We loved our stay! The home was spacious and clean, and has been beautifully decorated. It looks brand new! We enjoyed the large dining room table for meals and playing games, the pool table and comfortable beds. The next time we visit family in Eugene, I hope this home is available. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Very Accommodating Host

We stayed over the holidays and hoped to check in a bit early. the host was super responsive and was accommodating. My family was comfortable with the sleeping arrangements. there was plenty of room for guests to join us for dinner and gifts. They enjoyed the pool table too! The area is under construction but the neighborhood is beautiful. thanks for a great stay!

Lovely home away from home

Everything was exactly as described on the listing... no surprises. It's brand new construction, so everything was very clean and well appointed. We were two families, each with 2 kids from ages 9-15. We all enjoyed a few games of pool, and there were plenty of board games available which we didn't get to. We didn't need to get ahold of the hosts during our stay, but they were quick to respond when we thanked them for the clear check-in and check-out instructions. We came to town in order to check out a Ducks football game, and the drive from the house to where we parked (we parked next to Hayward field) was 14 minutes... super easy. I don't think there is much of a backyard here, and the front yard looks like it was recently seeded so will be a nice grassy area soon, but besides having a cup of coffee on the front porch, we didn't actually spend much time outside here. But if you do, it's on a very quiet side street so you can expect it to be pretty chill

The house is spacious and inviting. The pool table was definitely used! The host was accommodating and consistently available. The only drawback was the supplies in the kitchen. The pots and pans could use an upgrade. The largest pot was not big enough to boil pasta for 8 people. And bring Saran Wrap/baggies/foil with you, as there were none in the home. Other than that, it was a great stay!
