A standout feature of this property is the beautifully designed lower level, where you’ll find an indoor pool surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the stunning lake. Step outside to the patio with seating and a hot tub for ultimate serenity.



For entertainment, the game and theater room has everything you need, from arcade games to comfy seating in front of the 100" TV with a home theatre sound system. Don’t miss the opportunity to make lasting memories at this lakeside haven near Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Reserve your stay today and start planning your dream getaway! Important: There is no boat launch or trailer parking available at the resort, though we do provide free trailer storage for guests at a nearby facility. The nearest public boat launch is 8 miles away at TVA public boat ramp, Dandridge, TN 37725. There are temporary steps to the dock that are rough and have no handrails. The permanent ones will be installed once we have HOA approval.

Great communication with the host! The house is stunning. Views are amazing . The built in electrical fireplaces in the rooms was a nice touch.The lake was cool even though it was partially drained for the winter, I would love to see this place in the summer!

Excellent Getaway

We loved our time at this cabin! There a few days that we didn’t even leave because it was so relaxing. My kids fished in the lake and swam in the pool. We used the hot tub and just took advantage of every moment. We were there during March Madness so the two TV’s in the movie room were great because we were able to watch multiple games! I would just recommend planning your comings and goings because you are quite aways from the “city.” We clumped our excursions and trips to the grocery store together!

Disappointment

Wish i could say all great things about the property. It’s a Nice home . But only parking for 2 vehicles, i was told the boat dock was ready and accessible .. it was not .. no walk way , straight muddy cliff that i had to park my brand new Wake boat and track mud in .. they have a “ community dock” but wouldn’t let me use it for more than 10 minutes at a time . No partial refund no help… which was really disappointing and aggravating with the cost . If you are bringing a boat beware .As said very nice home and stay as long you don’t expect to use the boat dock .

Overall the house and the location/view were gorgeous. However we did have several issues that we ran into.CLEANLINESS: Cleaners could have done a better job cleaning prior to our stay. The toilets were dirty, floors were dirty and the hot tub was gross. KITCHEN/COOKING: We cooked almost every night. The grill had no propane so we had to refigure our cooking plans one night. However maintenance did come out the next day to fill the tanks. Cookware/utensils and silverware was very limited. Especially with 9 of us.Last, the smoke detectors kept going off in the middle of the night which obviously was very frustrating. Our crew had an amazing time we just wish a few things from the house were better for the price we paid.
