The Living Room includes a sofa bed (Sleeper sofa sleeps 1) with Two (2) folding memory foam bed (Twin size), 2 club chairs, an entertainment center with a flat panel LCD TV, DVD/VCR player, CD stereo system, a dining area with seating for four and a work desk with lamp and your choice of wired or wireless Internet access.



The gourmet Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans. The kitchen features Shaker-style birch cabinets and tile floors, granite counter tops and full-size Energy Star GE s stainless steel appliances (four burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side full-size refrigerator with ice maker), toaster, and coffee maker. Coffee, tea and sweeteners are provided. Parking is free for our monthly guests. Otherwise, please spare $45 for parking (full day access)— underground garage.



Guest Access:

You have access to the entire apartment, and all the fantastic amenities this building offers to its tenants. Access to the Fitness Center is available for Free.

- Each guest have 1-2 hours to check the apartment and send us a message in case of anything missing/unclean so we can verify and react to ensure smooth check in process and comfortable stay. Any requests after this time-frame will be postponed until next day, thank you for understanding and cooperation

(We may accept additional guests for an extra fee), violators will be asked to leave immediately with no-refund.

We will do our best to be available as much as we can. You can send us a text on Airbnb or contact us via phone number available. For same day booking, if you're coming late at 10pm or so, same day booking can be challenging, although we try our best to host you, but keep in mind if we don't reply, then please do not book in advance.
