Home is positioned slightly above others in a quiet secluded community. Great safe walking. Landscape design complete with front courtyard pavers, water feature, cactus and beautiful stairs. Backyard patio for outdoor living. Full irrigation system and timed landscape lighting. Tall ceilings.

This quiet residential neighborhood is nestled at the base of the Cataline mountain range and next to the beautiful State Park. With a private community park a block and a half away, you have abundant greenbelts and trees to relax and read or play a game of corn hole or shoot some hoops. Within a few miles you have entertainment, food, shopping and all the amenities you need.

Our home sits a bit above the rest of the neighborhood giving way to gentle breezes while enjoying a cool beverage on the front patio courtyard. While we feel secluded in this enclave, we are a moments bike ride, walk or drive to everything.
