Our stay was wonderful. I regret the garage had not been swept because we probably tracked dirt into the home. The only other bummer was the snow conditions, let's hope next year is better and pray for late spring moisture!

Easy walk to the gondola or River Run Lift. The village is right there. The layout was not as I expected but worked out really well. Loved that each bedroom had its own private bath. And the private elevator was extremely convenient for arrival and departure.

Great place to stay in Keystone with a short walk to the gondola. The house was very clean and neat on arrival. The decor and furniture are a very nice touch and give’s a high class feel to your stay. The elevator is a great addition in the home too, it allows easy access to each level. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing. I had to contact the company late at night, due to my negligence, and they were very prompt and professional with responding. I’d definitely recommend a stay here while enjoying Keystone. We will definitely book again when available. Thank you, our family really enjoyed our time here!

This property is absolutely gorgeous. Tons of space and great amenities. The private 2 car garage is a wonderful bonus as well. Clean and comfortable. Multiple private decks, private hot tub, great modern kitchen, terrific large mud room for putting on or removing ski gear. Responsive and friendly property manager. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place terrible property management company
The property is beautiful and new. Unfortunately it was not advertised correctly. When we arrived we came in to no hot water, no air conditioning (it was very warm) and parts for the dishwasher just left in it. When we called to get help they sent a tech which took most of our first day. We missed all our reservations waiting to get hot water so people could get ready for the day. We found the air conditioning was never installed and the hot water boiler was out and the dishwasher was never properly installed. When I asked them why this happened the guest services manager at Summit Property Management told me that in the rental agreement we sign not all systems have to work! He also told me that he wasn’t going to be able to offer us any concessions except what’s in the rental agreement which is a pittance compared to what we paid and lost. I refused to sign their document because it says you can’t leave a bad review. The bad review is worth much more so help protect others from this happening to them. This morning as we are leaving HVAC techs showed up to install the AC. All be darned! We also ran into the owner of the units next door and he said he would call the owner of the unit to let them know how the property management company was treating us. Beware and stay away of any properties managed by Summit Property Management. We were really mistreated and hope this never happens to anyone else. The Colorado attorney general is aware of this.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
