The second living room boasts additional couches and more space to unwind. Light the easy-to-use gas-burning fireplace, and a 48â smart TV, grab a beer, and relax.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The gourmet kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances and lots of counter space, where you can prepare delicious meals to enjoy with family. The high-end appliances include a Viking stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and blender. The kitchen has pots and pans, cutlery and dishware for your convenience. Make use of the barstools at the island and grab your meals right out of the oven while enjoying the lush backyard views right off the kitchen. This bedroom has beautiful views of the backyard. Bedroom 4: This bedroom includes 2 54ââ beds and ample closet space. Bedroom 5: This adorable bedroom has a bunk bed and beautiful backyard views. A walk-in closet and workspace. Master Bedroom: This large spacious suite gives you your privacy amid the chaos. Soaring ceilings and beautiful front yard views; a king-size bed with two nightstands; comfortable seating for two; 57-inch smart TV so youâll never be bored. A spacious walk-in closet gives you space for everything you have, and the spacious bathroom with a standing shower and jacuzzi to pamper yourself. OUTDOORS This home is set off the road with a long driveway ensuring your complete privacy. An EV charger is located in the driveway area. Lush landscaping throughout the property is sure to impress. A brook runs alongside the property, and a hammock and outdoor couches let you enjoy the serene surroundings in complete privacy. The backyard is fully fenced for your safety. If youâre in the mood of an outdoor meal, the gas grill and patio set are set on the patio. All outdoor furniture is available seasonally. Guest access The entire property is available for your use! Enjoy spending time in this beautiful home and relaxing in the beautiful outdoors.
Other things to note This home is located in a residential area; therefore, there is a strict no-party rule in place. No loud noise is allowed after 9 pm. Please be considerate of the neighbors and do not park on the road. No smoking is allowed and there will be a $500 penalty if violated.
We do provide basic amenities such as toiletries, paper towels, and essentials to get you started. However, if youâre planning an extended weekend stay or visiting with a larger group, we recommend picking up some extra supplies to ensure you have everything you need throughout your stay.
Security Deposit: A deposit equal to 10% of the reservation total will be charged and held securely. It will be fully refunded 48 hours after checkout if the property is left in good condition and all house rules are followed.

HOUSE RULES: Guest agrees to maintain the Property in good condition and comply with all applicable laws. Guest is responsible for the actions of all occupants and visitors. The following rules apply:
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Parties, events, or loud music are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $500 fee and immediate eviction without refund.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Excessive noise at any time may result in a $500 fee and eviction.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the Property or in any enclosed areas. Violations will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
POOL/HOT TUB USE (IF APPLICABLE): Use of the pool or hot tub is at Guestâs own risk. No diving is permitted. Use is limited to registered guests only. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
CARE OF PROPERTY: Guest agrees to promptly report any maintenance or safety issues. Do not tamper with unauthorized equipment. Furniture, décor, and equipment must not be moved or rearranged without prior written approval. Unauthorized movement of furniture will result in a $250 fee.
CLEANING: Basic cleaning is included. Excessive cleaning beyond normal use will be charged to the security deposit. Additional mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for a fee.
AMENITIES: A starter supply of toiletries, paper products, and detergents is provided to help you settle in comfortably. If you`re traveling with a larger group or staying for an extended period, you may wish to pick up a few extra essentials during your stay. Weâre also happy to restock items for youâjust let us know in advance and we can arrange it for a fee.
LOST KEYS: Lost keys or access devices will incur a $300 replacement fee.
PHOTOGRAPHY/COMMERCIAL USE: The Property is for residential vacation use only. No commercial photography, filming, or events without written approval.
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES: Departure is required by 10:00 AM. Return furniture to original positions, empty trash, remove food from refrigerator and cabinets, load and start dishwasher, and place used linens and towels in the laundry area.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS: The Management Company will address reported issues promptly but does not guarantee all equipment will function perfectly at all times. No refunds or adjustments will be made for appliance or equipment failures.
FORCE MAJEURE: The Management Company is not responsible for events beyond its control (e.g., weather, utility outages, construction, or pandemics). No refunds will be issued for such interruptions.
