**SNOW--We do want to give you a heads up that if it snows before or during your arrival, you will want at least a FWD and an AWD vehicle would be better, if not a 4-wheel drive with good tires to be able to get around the area and get up to the cabin. The cabin is easy to get to if the weather is nice, but if there is snow it is very difficult without the proper vehicle. Roads in the area do not get cleared, so you would want the supplies to be able to stay in the cabin should it snow. Roads also do not have a shoulder and if you slide off, it could mean going into a ditch. We just want you to be properly prepared should these conditions arise. Often times, people come wanting to see snow and aren't prepared for the conditions. We recommend keeping an eye on the forecast as it gets closer so that you are prepared for any snow that might be in the forecast.
