Independent cottage and pool in the heart of the vineyards

About this space
Detached house renovated in 2020 with parking, located on our plot of 2000 m2. Functional and perfectly equipped, it has a terrace at the foot of a secure swimming pool. Ideally located on Saint Emilion 5 minutes from the historic center and Libourne (shops and aquatic center). If you want to leave the vineyards, the laziness and the pool, you can make getaways on Bordeaux (35 min), Bergerac (1h) and the Arcachon basin (1h30), either by car or by train.
The space
We organized and furnished this entire 30 m2 house to make it pleasant and convenient : a large living room with open kitchen with a window door overlooking the garden and pool, a terrace to enjoy the outdoors, a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with sink and walk-in shower, a separate toilet. To ensure maximum serenity if you have children, the pool is secured by a glass barrier and a door that meets safety standards.
Small size cat and dog (Bichon type) are accepted.
