This porperty is for a maximun of 6 adults and 2 kids, we will no take groups of 8 adults. Is not allowed any kind of party. The terrace use time is until 22,30 on week days and 12,00 on weekends. Is not allowed to smoke weed or any ilegal droug in the terrace or any part of the flat.
