A youth football team and ChaperonesâŠâŠThe host himself was extremely Polite, however, upon arrival to propertyâŠIt was Filthy outside and dirty inside. It took awhile to enter as there was confusion as to what door was the actual Front Door. Before figuring out, the property was walked and it was: Trash. Beer Cans and more Trash. The pictured Pond was not as it appeared in photos as it was dirty with floating trash. The property itself was nice but the structure of the home is poorly built and due to thatâŠ.The Master Bedroom has NO HOT WATER!!!!! NONE!!!! We had to go elsewhere to shower for 2 nights. There is a green water hose connected to the master bedroom outside wall that leads to bathroom and that is where the water supply comes from hence the freezing cold water from the remodeled shower that has all the pipes showing. The Living Room TV was broken on the inside. Not physically broken on the outside but when powered on, it was the broken tv screen. The wall behind same TV mentioned had HOLES in them and was covered by bar stool chairs lined up alongside the wall. The toilets inside the main home, did NOT flush causing us to purchase plunger to flush. Upon seeing damages already there, I immediately reached out to Host as I saw them and also sent videos. There is a Damage Fee charged upfront but the property is already damaged before arrival. After check out-and talking to host for majority of stay with issues, I was only offered a 50.00 pizza card.
