Spacious 4 bedroom + loft, 4 bathroom corner unit located in Ridgepoint Townhomes at the foothills of Beaver Creek, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Spectacular mountain and golf course views, a new clubhouse with renovated pool area, hot tub and common areas.

Upon entering this lovely multi-level property you are greeted with tons of natural light. Three bedrooms, guest bathroom, and washer/dryer are conveniently located on the main level of the home. The first guest bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and its private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is also equipped with a king bed, comfortable reading nook and a bathroom adjacent to the room. The master bedroom is located at the end of the hallway which boasts a king bed, a spacious walk-in closet and its own South facing patio. In the master bathroom you will find dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.
Make your way upstairs to find high ceilings catering to the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living area. This unit offers not one but two TV rooms. The first is outfitted with a gas fireplace cozy furniture, golf course views and a step out patio complete with BBQ grill. A wonderful spot to sip your morning coffee. The second TV room is also fitted with a ouch that pulls out to a queen sleeper.
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to whip up a family feast after a long long day of adventures. The dining table seats eight and there is also bar seating available. Up an additional set of stairs you'll find the loft bedroom set with queen/queen bunks beds and a twin bed.
There is also a full newly renovated bathroom. Ridgepoint Townhomes are ski-in/out as the lifts can be accessed via a gradual 50-yard walk to the ski-way at the north end of the complex to the Beaver Creek Mountain Express Lift. The complimentary resort shuttle is also available to guests and will pick-up at your front door and drop off at the village where the main Centennial Gondola and Strawberry Park lifts are located.
Pool is only open during summer months while the hot tub is available year-round.
*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.
THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
