A lovely villa with refined decor, semi-detached with a swimming pool, is located in a privileged area between the luxurious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and just a few minutes drive from the wonderful beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping centers. Vila Bota 27 is a house with modern lines, consisting of two floors.
On the ground floor: It has a large and comfortable living room with access door to the pool, well-equipped kitchen, dining room with access to a patio. It has a bedroom with twin beds It has a shower bathroom
On the top floor: There is a bedroom en suite with two single beds pushed together and a bathroom with shower. It has a bedroom en suite with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
From April to October, a municipal tourist tax of €2 per person, per night is charged. From November to March, the amount drops to €1 per night per person. The tax is payable up to 7 nights. Children under 13 are exempt from this tax.
