It is a pretty multi-story house located in the building right next to Gaehwasan Station on Line 5. The ceiling is high, so it feels pleasant and open, and the clean interior with white tones makes you feel good.

It is equipped with full options as follows, so you can live very conveniently.
(1) 55-inch Google TV (* Internet included), (2) Air conditioner and heater (* Floor heating is also available), (3) Ceiling sealing pan, (4) Combined microwave (* with oven function), (5) King size bed (* Bedding provided), (6) Washing machine with drying (* Laundry rack provided)

- Animals smoking is not allowed and we will charge you for professional cleaning in case of violation. This will be specified in the lease agreement.
- In the event of noise damage, the agreement may be terminated. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

- As a short-term rental space, we will write a lease agreement when entering the room. - When you leave, you must pay a separate management fee according to your usage. Usually, an administrative fee (including electricity, heating, and water) of KRW 4-50,000 will be incurred per week.
- The management fee during the rental period is calculated by the meter reading and management office. The management fee is at full occupant's expense, including long payments.
- The room you booked may change depending on the availability of the room. We will inform you in advance, and it is a room with the same conditions.

- The room is on short-term rental space, the guest will be required to sign the rental agreement to meet the legal requirement.
- The managing cost and utility fee including electricity, heating, and water will be charged to the visiting guests and paid as the amount spent on utilities to provide our room to the guest at the lowest price available.
- The weekly fee is approximately 4-50,000KRW, however the fee may vary as the amount of utilities spent. Cash is the only method accepted by the building.

- Raising animals and smoking are prohibited, and in case of violation, a professional cleaning fee will be charged. This will be specified in the rental agreement.
Guest access
- You can register for free parking by submitting the required documents such as a car registration certificate.
- Other parking is 150KRW per hour by paying for coupons using the app.

- 1 free parking is provided when the car ownership and insurance paper is submitted.
- Otherwise, we provide a parking app to get discounts on parking fees that 150 KRW per hour.

Other things to note
- If you search for 'Gaehwasan Duplex' on YouTube, you can see the interior of unit.
- There is a large supermarket on the ground floor of the building and on the first floor of the opposite building. You can conveniently purchase all kinds of necessities.
- The building right in front of the subway station has enough amenities such as various restaurants, shops, and hospitals.
- Gaehwasan Dulle-gil is a 5-minute walk away. Traditional Market (Bangshin Market) is a 10-minute walk away.
- You can access large grocery stores, movie theaters, and shopping malls at Gimpo Airport Station.
- You can access the library at the community center within 3 minutes walking distance (* comic book specialized library).
