Wine country oasis in Sonoma. Recently renovated modern home overlooking a vineyard features all the luxury amenities of a resort. Year-round heated swimming pool with cover*, Hot tub, Cozy outdoor fire table, Vineyard views in front, Outdoor barbeque and dining area, Chef's kitchen with everything for gourmet meals, Fast wifi - great for remote working, Dedicated office areas, Lots of space for everyone.
The space
Centrally located in the heart of wine country on a quite dead end road, surrounded by vineyards.
Seven minute drive from the Sonoma town square tasting rooms, restaurants and markets. Twenty five minutes from downtown Napa. Fifteen minutes from Kenwood and Glen Ellyn.
This property can accommodate 6 guests very comfortably. Enjoy the rocking chairs or a meal on the front porch overlooking the neighboring vineyard. The swimming pool can be heated to a comfortable temperature all year round. Other outdoor features include a hot tub, a large lawn area, a gas grill and outdoor dining area, kids play gym and trampoline, and multiple seating areas.
Families with children as well as adult-only groups will appreciate the configuration of the home. This contemporary space has two primary suits with en suite bathrooms on opposite ends of the house.
There is a spacious great room with a fully equipped chef's kitchen, island seating for 8, dining area with searing for 8, living room with a gas fireplace, media room with a cozy sofa and television so the kids can watch TV without bothering the adults. The garage has been converted into a workout room and kids play room with video games and Xbox.
Bedrooms: The large primary suite with a king aireloom luxury mattress, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom; Bedroom #2 has two twin beds; Bedroom #3 Second suite with king aireloom luxury mattress and en-suite bathroom.
Fast internet access with mesh wifi is located throughout the house and grounds.

Guest access
Guests can access all areas of the property. Easy access to the house with door keypads.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED.
This is a sanctuary and not a party place.
THE POOL AND HOT TUB CAN BE HEATED BY GAS, THERE IS A CHARGE FOR THE GAS USED TO DO SO. (The cost varies based on the time of year, outside temperature and desired pool temperature) Feel free to inquire and we can help provide an estimate. The hot tub is inexpensive to heat and can be heated independently from the pool.
BY BOOKING THIS LISTING YOU AGREE TO:
To ensure a clear and comfortable stay for all, a rental agreement detailing house rules and property specifics will be provided for signature shortly after your booking is confirmed. This agreement must be signed prior to check-in.
SAFETY & SECURITY: For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have exterior security cameras located at the front entrance (doorbell camera) and side of the house. These cameras record video only and do not monitor any private areas.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY: for spa, hot tub, swimming pool, decks, railings, etc. herein referred to as Special Features. If so equipped, it is the Guest's responsibility to learn about safety precautions concerning utilizing or being around Special Feature. Guest understands that the area surrounding Special Feature is not fenced or secure, and there are special risks that may be involved for anyone, in particular children who are not carefully supervised, person(s) intoxicated, on any kinds of drugs or medication, with health risks or if pregnant. Guest agrees to explain the risks of the presence and use of Special Feature to all guests at the property. Guest agrees to instruct all guests on premises to not access any off-limit, or unsafe sections of the property including roof-tops. Guest agrees to assume all responsibility to make aware all occupant aware of risks and for the consequences of those risks and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against property owner or Manager for injuries or claims.
HOLD HARMLESS: The Guest and all occupants shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Manager and property owner against any and all claims of personal injury, property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests also expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guests, and that Guests should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.
