This home was specifically designed to fit the needs of guests ranging from business to families to the single traveler and anything in between. Whether you are enjoying a barbecue dinner or game night with family or playing with the kids in the spacious backyard or relaxing in the evening to watch a movie on the Roku TV with provided drinks and snacks, this house has the home away from home feel you would want while traveling.

The home is accessed via door key pad. The entire home is yours to enjoy. The home features brand new full size washer/dryer for your convenience. The property looked exactly like the pictures but once we arrived, all sheets and towels are on the floor. I did not look like the cleaning service had been there as we also found red stains from a red soda on the floor and the counters. There was also a random phone found in a drawer. The bathrooms were cleaning but we have to wash the sheets and towels ourselves while trying to get things set for a wedding. Communication with the owner was very difficult, he did not respond to our message via the app and did not respond to a call until about 30 mins later. After messaging about the towels and sheets, he did not respond until the next day. The area is nice.

Magnolia of Midtown

The pictures of the property were misleading. The house is much smaller than the pictures indicate. The home has been partially restored, but it has not been finished. Furniture in the bedrooms was very limited. There were no shelves and no closet rods in the closets, thus there was no place to hang any clothes or store and folded clothes.The bathrooms were very small and the shower in the second bathroom was extremely 'tight' for our 6'7" son.The bed in the middle bedroom was a twin bed with a trundle underneath. When we pulled out the trundle bed, it wasn't steady and the bedding was dirty, with leaves and dust/lint on the trundle. Some of the towels in the bathrooms were stained (towels were white, so the stains were obvious).The furniture in the living room was a futon and a wobbly coffee table. There were no other chairs and no other places to sit. We actually brought in our folding lawn chairs to have a place to sit and visit.When we arrived, it was 39 degrees in the house. It took a while for the heat pump to catch up. The first night was cool, temperature wise.It was very frustrating and again, disappointing, based on the seeing the pictures and making the reservation. The house was just too compact for 6 adults. It would probably be an ok place to stay for two adults and maybe a couple of children, assuming the reservations would be completed.
