The house was very clean upon arrival. The Vacasa app was helpful and easy to use. If you like mountain views, these are fantastic - from the house, the deck or the fire pit. The master suite is very nice, other bedrooms and bathrooms are average. The house is very close to all the attractions and North Conway. We were very pleased with our stay. We'll stay again.

Our party of five friends stayed a weekend in early December and this house is really beautiful. Nothing was overlooked and we would definitely rent again.

Our immediate and extended family stayed in this beautiful home for a family wedding with the ceremony at Jackson Falls, and the reception at The Wentworth. We are all adults from 28-64 years old. The home was perfect for us all to gather or also find some space apart. Lots of things to do with a game room downstairs, fire pit outside, and a hot tub. We used all of the amenities. The kitchen was great to cook in. The home was clean and well laid out. The view of the white mountains was just stunning, and we had never been to New Hampshire, so this was special. We spent a few days exploring the area and beyond, and eating some wonderful food out too. We hiked the Flume Gorge, and rode on the Conway Scenic Railroad for a short, fun, and scenic ride. Communication with the host was easy, as was check-in. If we ever come back to New Hampshire, we would definitely stay here again.

The house is gorgeous, the view is gorgeous. The house was very clean when we arrived. We did have a couple issues, one being not having enough towels for the number of guests but that was rectified quickly. The others were no outlet covers on some of the outlets(we were traveling with children), the trash container outside being completely full so we had no place to put trash, and a majority of the dishes in the cabinet being dirty with dried on food. Seems they were removed from the dishwasher and not checked before being put away. But honestly, other than that our stay was fantastic.

Spectacular!

Beautiful home with stunning mountain views! The house is very well appointed and had everything we needed for a fun girls ski weekend. A cozy, beautiful fireplace (gas), lots of room to relax, convenient to Black Mountain, Jackson XC Center and Jackson Village. I would suggest bringing your own coffee maker as the house only had a Keurig. I always bring a coffee maker so we were covered. We will definitely be back next winter! Loved it!

The property, the house, and views are amazing; it was well worth the money, and this could easily be a 5-star experience if not for a few minor critiques.The property is managed through Vacasa, which has a user-friendly app and provided us with pertinent information about the house and access instructions, but there were a few hiccups.1. The bear box had 2 full trash bins, and excess trash was stuffed around the bins upon our arrival. We arrived on Sunday, communicated on Monday, and someone came on Wednesday; however, they only took the trash around the bins and left both the bins full.2. There was no propane in the tank for the grill upon arrival. Luckily, we had family in the area camping over for dinner, and they had a spare tank for dinner our first night. The suggested solution from Vacasa is to call the number on the tank for a refill, which I don't think should be on the guest to coordinate while they're on vacation.3. There was no firewood provided upon arrival. For the price being paid, it would be nice to have a bundle for the guests before they have to gather wood or buy a bundle themselves, especially for night 1.4. The house is a new build, and the area all around the driveway is littered with old tools and materials from the build. Aesthetically, someone just needs to remove it.5. The kitchen knife set was as poor in quality as you can get. Very flimsy, light, and dull. Please just get a decent set of kitchen knives for home cooking.
