If a spa day is in your future, the Lodge of Four Seasons is just 5 minutes up the road where you can spend all day pampering yourself, capping the day off with a delicious dinner. Golf enthusiasts will find plenty of challenging courses to practice their swing on, or you can have an adult’s day away at a local winery, sampling the area’s finest vintage. Guests of this community will also enjoy onsite amenities such as 2 community pools (one overlooking the lake), pickleball, basketball, and tennis courts, a playground, shaded pavilion, and a cozy firepit for toasting up delicious treats. If you’re bringing your own boat along for a more private exploration of this amazing lake, you’re in luck as you’ll be able to dock it right out front in your very own 12x30 boat slip.

Indoors, the condo has been recently remodeled featuring brand new furnishings and décor. The modern amenities are paired with a soothing nautical theme to keep the lake top of mind and flowing through each room. The living room offers plush sofa and recliner seating, with a smart TV ready to stream all your favorite shows and movies. The bright and airy galley kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry well-stocked with cookware and dining ware for all your meal prepping and planning needs. Dine on casual bites seated at the kitchen counter at the high-top stools for 4 or take formal meals together at the chic dining room table with seating for 6. If al fresco dining is more your thing, head out onto the shaded, screened-in porch to enjoy your fare with a side of picturesque lake views. There’s also an outdoor sofa that provides the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee, freshy brewed on the Keurig coffee maker.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. A twin rollaway bed is also available for an additional sleep option.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking available for 3 vehicles.
• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance
• HOA does not allow trailers on the premises. Reach out for details on trailer parking options.
• The 12 X 30 boat slip is available for guest use for the duration of your stay. Please note that the boat slip is use at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage to a boat while tied up on the dock.
• This is a first-floor unit with 2 sets of stairs required to the main entry.
