Welcome to this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in one of Whitefishâs most desirable communities, the Monterra. This serene mountain retreat is designed for relaxation, with cozy living spaces, enchanting neighborhood views and top-notch community amenities.

Kick off your boots in the entryway and step into the inviting living room, where you can cozy up by the gas fireplace, enjoy a movie on the flatscreen TV, sink into the comfortable couch, or relax in one of two leather lounge chairsâperfect for winding down after a day of exploring or hitting the slopes. Just outside, the private patio offers a BBQ and seating, where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and picturesque scenery. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and barstool seating for two, making it easy to whip up a snack or share a casual drink. An adjacent dining room, with seating for four makes the perfect space for enjoying a sumptuous meal. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and shower, plus a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with plush bedding and a flatscreen TV, with the second bathroom located just across the hall and complete with a shower/tub combo. Additional features include air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, and convenient onsite parking. Whitefish, Montana is a charming town with a vibrant culture and personality. The Quarry is strategically situated between downtown Whitefish and Whitefish Mountain Resort, and is in close proximity to Whitefish Lake and City Beach.
Activities include, but are not limited to, a variety of dining options, local theater, hiking and biking trails, public beaches, golfing, ice skating, shops & boutiques, live music, and seasonal farmer's markets.
In addition to its world-class skiing, Whitefish Mountain Resort offers an abundance of summer activities, including mountain biking, hiking, zip line tours, aerial tours, adventure park, alpine slides, & summer tubing!
Glacier National Park, with its world-famous hiking trails and awe-inspiring vistas, is a must-visit destination for those who have not yet experienced the true grandeur of Montana. Whitefish is the ideal vacation destination year-round.
Getting Around:
The distance between Whitefish and Glacier International Airport is 10 minutes. At the airport, shuttle service and car rentals are available. Due to the limited availability of public transportation, we recommend renting a car so that you can travel at your convenience and leisure. During the winter months, snow tires are strongly advised! The historic Whitefish Train Depot is an important stop on the Empire Builder line for Amtrak. The train arrives daily from eastern and western locations. Whitefish Mountain Resort is a 10 minute drive from the train station. The S.N.O.W. (Shuttle Network of Whitefish) Bus is practical and complimentary. The bus schedules are available on Whitefish Mountain Resort's website. Turo is an excellent alternative to traditional rental car agencies at airports with limited selection. Additionally, rental car availability is limited, so be sure to inquire beforehand.

âą Guests must be 25+ to book.
âą Minimum 30 night stay.
âą Parking: there is a 1-car garage for your convenience. Street and driveway parking also available.
âą Pets, events/parties, and smoking are not permitted.
âą Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
âą As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
âą Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
