Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We had a great two night stay at the Rustic Haven. Rooms are comfortable. The hot tub is great. We had everything we need in the kitchen. The parking though is more ideal for smaller cars. We were able to fit my Ford Explorer but it was tight. We can hardly open the first and second seats. Overall it is a great place to stay for family and groups.

Small but very cosy. Had everything needed from dishes to towels. Very comfortable. Drawbacks we're back yard, almost nonexistent and no actual seating... bring your own camping chairs. No campfire or outdoor space.

All the amenities!

We love Big White and this condo was perfect for our group of 5 adults! Short walk to the gondola got us warmed up before skiing! Gondola was such a convenient way for us to get to the village. So great having a private hot tub! We were well taken care of!

Great place, very comfortable. Clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The garage even had a glove dryer. Hot tub was great on first day but the 2nd day the temperature was reduced and wouldn't increase. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
