Everything was great, host was very responsive. House was very clean. Everyone told me how comfortable their bed was which is a huge plus when traveling. Would recommend this house to anyone with a large group traveling to Charleston, the location was fantastic!

Great spot for large group

This spot was great for a weekend getaway for large group and close to King St / most places we wanted to go in Charleston. Highly recommend!

Perfect family get away!

We were in Charleston for our son’s wedding, this rental was perfect for our family to gather. Walking distance to town, near parking for the rental also. Spacious , clean and decorated nicely. Perfect!

Fabulous Property for Group

Terrific home with plenty of bedrooms and baths for a large group. Wonderful common area with large kitchen and living area, as well as large outdoor porch for gathering. I highly recommend this property! Stay Duvet property management company was a pleasure to work with!

Fantastic getaway for a big group

We had the most amazing stay at the Thomas Waring house! They thought of everything with the amenities and in the design of the space. My friends and I were all very impressed and will definitely book this again on our next trip to the area!! Perfect for a big group of people. Wonderful hang out places indoor and outdoor and very comfortable bedrooms.

Adult getaway

We were a group of 12 and this house was perfect for a large party like ours . Lots of room, clean, and had everything we needed. It’s about a 15 walk to King St. and a 5 minute Uber from pretty much anywhere in town!

Great spot for a large group

We had a group of 10 friends for the weekend and this house fit our needs perfectly. Ample space for us to eat, hang out, and have comfortable sleeping quarters. Neighborhood was easy to navigate and all the food and shopping we wanted to hit was walkable from the house. We appreciated how quickly the property manager responded to questions. Would definitely recommend!

Ladies Getaway

The property was exactly as described! The house was beautiful and in a nice area within walking distance to downtown. The porches were cozy and had enough seating for everyone. Everything about the house was lovely! The concierge was super responsive to questions. We would love to come back for another visit.

We walked everywhere! Very close to a fabulous sandwich place (Porchetta Shop) and a cute dinner spot (Alora). Walkable to Welton’s Bakeshop (18 mins). Also walkable to Indaco (cute dinner spot) and King Street bars. The management team is very responsive. The house was clean. The beds were comfy. They have de humidifiers in every room and rooms on the Ashley Street side have white noise machines (as the street sounds can be unusual if not used to living in a city). The bathrooms & kitchen are modern. Well stocked. The family room was a nice hang out spot. Our girls getaway was fantastic & this accommodation was part of the reason why. Highly recommend.

Great Home

We loved our stay. The house is absolutely beautiful--the rooms are great, nice beds etc, Everything we needed, and the management company was very communicative. It's within walking distance to everything (we also used the Uber bikes a bunch, as there's conveniently a drop location around the corner from the house). I was really happy I had earplugs to sleep as you could hear everything outside from our room.

50th anniversary - smile celebration vacation

Overall very good— nicely restored Nice bedrooms/ bath / kitchen etc BUT Parking was inconvenient- and confusing Manager had to call all guests to get cars moved because no guest of any units knew the rules- people were blocked in on several occasions- the were a LOT of stairs ( should state that clearly in literature)! Only table that would seat 10 people was on the outside porch- no problem for us but weather doesn’t always cooperate. —and access to top floor was a challenge but kids could do it- narrow spiral staircase People who are not physically fit could have a problem getting out in an emergency

The CVP team was super responsive throughout the entire booking process. They accommodated a 1 hour early check in which was so helpful for us. The property was very clean, linens and towels were very well taken care of, and not having to take out the trash was icing on the cake!!!
